This company has the worst, most incompetent customer service. I originally ordered two TST machines. Upon installation, the water was not cleaner. I contacted customer service and they said if I wanted clean drinking water, I needed the T4 reverse osmosis machines. I confirmed with them that if I ordered these machines I would not need an additional faucet to be installed, that I could use it with our existing faucet. They charged me an extra $42 which was the difference between the two TST machines and the 2 T4 machines. They sent me one additional TST machine and no T4 machines. I contacted them regarding this error and they did not get back to me for over five days. So I purchased the T4 machines myself directly on the site again. A day later they shipped out two replacement T4 machines without communicating with me. So in total I would had seven machines. I told them I did not need their other machines because I had already purchased them because they did not answer me back for a period of time. It took multiple days and emails back-and-forth to get return labels for the machines. I sent five of the machines back because two of them had not been delivered yet. They only credited me for three machines and did not refund me for the other two that I returned and that were delivered back to their offices with confirmation. I contacted them yet again and they were confused and did not know what I was talking about, so I had to call the bank and dispute the charges. I told them they still didn’t send me two return labels for the two machines that I had. They did not know why I wanted to return all the machines. I reminded them that they told me I could use them with my existing faucets and I couldn’t - I was not going to drill holes in my marble countertops for machines that may or may not work. The machine itself might not be bad, but I wouldn’t know that because the customer service was such a disaster that I never got that far. All I needed were two machines and over the course of two months they sent seven machines and it was a headache trying to get everything resolved and sent back and refunded to my account. During this time I was also sent to multiple customer service agents because no one knew how to simply send the correct machines or refund labels. I would not recommend this company, no matter how good or bad their units might be.
