First time using a tankless system and since this version add the alkaline factor (Waterdrop R8-A), even better. I had my classic ROS with a tank (nothing wrong, worked fine for years, until the tank lost pressure. rather than fixing it, I took a chance in these new tankless systems. Totally worth it. super easy to install, replace the filter will for dummies and the taste is priceless.
This RO system was very easy to install. I did have an old filter system that I removed and did not have to drill a hole in the marble which made the install much easier. Installation took less than an hour and no leaks on the first try. The unit is quiet when running and I am extremely impressed with the taste of the water. This is my first RO system and will use RO water daily moving forward.
So far so good. I have put in about 10 units and everyone loves them
Convenient, good water
Great tasting water. Excellent installation instructions. Easy to maintain.
Excellent product, works flawlessly.
Well designed product , very compact and easy to install DIY. Due to reminaralization test is very good. Only improvement needed is water filtration and wastage ration2:1 can be minimize. Great product using since month time
I think it’s an excellent system, and very convenient and easy filter changes. My only complaint is not being able to order it without a faucet, extra money for an unneeded item.
Fast system, pretty easy to install. Very happy with both of these systems!
So far really impressed!
I like everything except for how loud it is each time I use it.
Item was as described and water is filtered to my satisfaction. Customer service is excellent.
Highly recommend it. Great product. Every home should have one :)
Easy installation, easy filter replacement, continuous flow to fill a pitcher, what more could you ask for, my old system had a tank and you were lucky to get enough water to fill a pitcher then you had to wait hours for more water
