Fantastic unit. Love it. We had a tank reverse osmosis system before and took forever to get water to fill up a pitcher of water. With this system you can set the number of ounces and can fill up a pitcher in no time. One of the best decision we have made to get the Waterdrop X12 system. Our old system was a leaky nightmare to replace the filters. I have ordered ahead of time 2 years of filters from Waterdrop. I have. It needed to replace any filters yet but when I do it looks very easy.
