The system works well but what a lot of heavy material destined for the landfill every 6 months. Waterdrop should really consider implementing a recycling program and recycling incentives for their canisters the way many printer companies do for cartridges.
I think the product and performance of the product is great! The ordering from your company creates a problem because it shipped in a paper bag that gets ripped open by UPS or FedEx and filters were lost. It was a real hassle to get Ro Filter and the CF replaced.

We use ours in motor home . Its wonderful to have access to clean tasting water whenever we want
A super filter! We went from having to buy bottled water to being able to drink our local water thanks to the G2 R.O. system. The filters do what they advertise. They remove the strong chlorine odor/taste. We are delighted with the system and easy-to-replace filters. Just wish we had done it earlier!!!
I was happy with the original filters, but once I changed the filters, the red light on the the carbon filter stayed on. I believe that the filter was bad. I have tried the start up actions and have run water, all to no avail. When I called the customer support, I was told that the water was safe, so we have been using it, but the taste is not as good as before I switched out the old filters. I don't how to send a video, but other than the red light, I don't know what you could see.

Purchased as replacement for original MRO filter in my Waterdrop G2. Haven’t replaced the original filter yet. Hence the ‘not applicable’ responses to several question’s in review.
Great product just a little expensive for what it is
Gave it a 3 star on quality/design since how many years have I used this product and still no recyclable options on the filters. Excessive plastic waste is terrible and will potentially cause me to leave if someone lease makes their filter recyclable.
Perfect for a kitchen with limited under sink space!
Have this system for 5 years now, seems to work fine, hopefully it will last for several more years.

I have been very happy with the reverse osmosis undersink system. I do wish the company would figure out a way to recycle the used filters.
Quality product that eliminates the back breaking and environmentaly unfriendly bottled water!
Using the correct filter has brought my system back up again. It was easy to install. Just took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the system working.
