WOW WOW WOW WHAT CAN I SAY absolutely usless, I placed an order in February with culligan water, I was told I would receive notice of delivery, the out of the blue about a week later, I had a phone call from the driver I was at work so I cancelled the delivery and order die to the lack of communication.
Now 3 months later which is today I get a phone call asking me have I received the invoice hahahah. People stay away from this company they are an absolute joke they will be in liquidation before ya know it. I'm also leaving a reveiw on culligan water site two. Absolutely shocking

They no longer care about at home users. Ordered a replacement filter/lamp they quickly took my monies and then did nothing. Called and emailed and they were NO help. Said they would look into it and call or email back and heard NOTHING! Finally reversed the charge from the credit card company. Avoid this company unless you enjoy paying for nothing and being disregarded and ignored. Shame on Waterlogic

Customer service member understood my frustrations and communicated the what mistakes were made then went further to every attempt in their power to get the required system service scheduled.
