The quality of the product was fine. However, delivery was late: not sent by first class post, even a small gift was sent by courier and took five days to get to me.

I bought a wooden nativity set for my grandchildren and having compared prices, Watermeadgifts were competitive. The set itself is cute - a bit smaller than I thought, but will fit on a shelf nicely. I want the little ones to look forward to putting this up every Christmas and know that wood will stand the test of time. Delivery was exceptional - a couple of days from start to finish. Thank you.
