Don't order unless you are sure you won't return the item. Ordered a mattress and set of waterproof pillows. Pillows weren't delivered. Had to go to the bank to get a refund despite numerous calls to this company and promises to refund. Giving two stars not one as am happy with quality of mattress.

Great fast delivery, helpful staff when ordering over the phone and great hospital grade quality.

Ordered a mattress for my disabled Uncle. Did not arrive. Called the company 30 times. Cancelled the order but cannot get a refund or even a return call with anyone who can help. When you call the staff are all working remotely and tell you they will pass your inquiry on urgently. They don’t do this and no one calls back. They have stolen my Uncle’s money but I won’t give up. Will be going to citizen’s advice and trading standards and then the media.

I give this one star review as a result of the poor customer service. When e mails go unanswered and phone calls are referred to a manager to call you back. ( which they don't do) I have to question as to why the sales staff are unable to deal with simple enquires regarding delivery and to why no updates are given on progress

We ordered 2 waterproof mattresses for our scout hut, items arrived next day are very hard wearing so far and the price was very reasonable so 5 stars is definitely in order

Wish we could give a zero ! Worse experience of a purchase ever ! Happy to take order and money,but then don’t provide tracking or any customer service just ignore you ! Dream on with next day delivery Claim they bang on about ! 5 days later it arrived ! Awful courier they use so don’t bother …
This company screens calls from hacked off customers and pass you on to a load of very rude staff who lie and do not call back ….DO not use ! It’s not worth the stress !

A utterly horrible experience!

Bought a new hospital grade mattress for my gran from this site. delivery was quick as promised and she is very happy with the mattress

I ordered a double bed waterproof mattress on 7th March. I was told it would be delivered Mon 11th. It never arrived. I rang & was told it would be delivered on the Weds or Thurs. Nothing ! I have rung more than 20 times for an update. Nothing! I've emailed 5 times. Nothing! Today (19th) I rang again, asked again to speak to a Manager - not available, someone will call me back. I'm not sure of that. Their customer service isn't doing anything & so I'm left with no mattress, no excuses or explanation. I'm a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer and wouldn't recommend anyone use them to buy anything.
