Ordered a replacement foot strap. Parts were delivered on time with no issues. Installation was a snap after watching some videos.

After 15 years of daily use, my pull strap broke. I was able to order new parts and install them without any difficulty. The online video showing how to install the strap was great and very helpful. The prices for replacement parts are very reasonable. Thank you WaterRower.

Good service, though I feel $35 for the tank repair glue and plunger/applicator was about $25+ overpriced. I just wanted to make sure i got the absolutely recommended glues from WR, so succumbed to this high price for dual epoxy glue.

The Waterrower is great. The water action is nice visual and sound. I expected the resistance to be greater, but good just the same. Nice addition to my indoor cycling. Easy to set up. Had to buy heart rate monitor receiver as separate purchase. The receiver should have been built into the monitor.

The replacement strap gave me more than enough parts to complete the repair. The cost was much lower than I would have expected and came in a very timely manner. Pleasantly surprised !!!

Needed new wheels for the seat and they had them. Plus they came quick enough that I never had to stop my daily routine.

WaterRower has always had and continues to have great Customer Service. They are responsive and the prices for replacement parts are very reasonable. There are also many technical resources available in the form of articles and videos.

Beautifully crafted, easy to use, and very low impact. I couldn’t ask for more out of a piece of exercise equipment.

I have had the Waterrower for over a year and it has surpassed my expectations. I also have upgraded several accessories and the ordering and shipping has been flawless. When I purchased the rower, the tank arrived broken so I called customer service and they replaced it immediately with expedite shipping. Through all, customer service was fantastic to the point that it didn't even bother me. Purchase it, this will be a great investment in your life.

People there are very helpful, but just disappointed because I bought the incorrect product and by the time I would bpay the shipping and handleing, it was cheaper just to keep the items I bought rather than send them back. No ones fault but my own.

WaterRower is not only an excellent product, that I have used consistently for 9 years now. Their customer service is outstanding. From a warranty replacement for one item, to obtaining replacement parts that I wore out (I row a lot), they are excellent!!

Will happily continue to be their customer.

Very happier with my water rower. 5 months since purchase. Feels like a full body workout. Plenty of different options for types and length of workouts. Good monthly challenges to keep you engaged. Love when the challenge donates to a charity. Fun to compete against yourself, your friends/rivals, or online. I did order the wider/longer handle bar and it fits me better being 6’5”. My only suggestion on the wider bar is that it should be the same size around as the stock bar. During longer rows the wider around bar can be a little uncomfortable on the grip.
Overall very happy with the purchase
