I love my waterrower
I love my waterrower. In the time that it would take me to drive to the gym and back, I can complete an intense workout right in my house. The investment is worth it. At 57, I'm probably in better shape than I was in my 30s. Plus, with the Smart Rower upgrade the gamification helps me push it. I also mounted a TV in front of the rower so I can work out and watch all the shows I never have time for. Win. Win.

I purchased the WaterRower attachment to add a smartphone or a tablet. Was very quick and easy to install. Like everything from WaterRower, it is well made and looks great. My opinion - very reasonable price.

Water rower always delivers
Water rower always delivers! Even during Covid when I had to wait 2 to 3 weeks to receive anything, it was still pristine customer service. I recommend water rower to anybody thats trying to get to their happy place!

Good product but.
This is a review about customer service not the product. It is a great product but I hope I just had the bad employee on a bad day.
If the product wasn't good it wood be zero stars. On customer service I will let you decide for yourself.
***Jan 24th, 2022 called to order repair kit because tank split. Also ordered a pump and water tablet. Female that took order had absolutely no time for me. She shouldn't be taking orders. Tran # 1000107935
***Invoice received by email 00207415
*** Shipped Feb 8th. WHAT 15 days between ordering and shipping?
***Delivered Feb 15th. The box had one small piece of tape on it. The glue and tablets not there . Pump was. Box wide open. USPS person told me to notify shipper.
***Called for reorder. Never a email for invoice or that it had shipped.
*** Arrived approximately Feb 20. Had no idea. Was in mailbox for a couple of days. Night time lows minus 30 Fahrenheit. Not good for glue. Glue was in there no water tablets.
***Still haven't received water tablets.
Put together on March 16th. I have experience with those types of glue applicators and I have the correct gun/tool for the job. It appears to be a great product. Flows nice. Not to thin not to thick. Those types of glues by 3M are generally expensive but the mixing tubes are cheap. Why aren't there extra tubes?
Was told I could use the same product up where the shaft enters the tank. Probably could have but would either have to mix by hand or get another mixing tube. I used silicone. It appears that is what there was originally.
Did I mention I still haven't received water tablets.
One year warranty against defective. Seems short for high end product. (WaterRower Rowing Machine (“the Product”) found to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR)
I will still say this is a good product but your customer service and shipping is laking.
