Really pleased with Waterside Wines. They stock a wine I particularly like but difficult to find.
Received a courtesy call from Andrew which gave a personal touch and the opportunity of talking about wines that I might like in regard to my order. Delivery was prompt and exceedingly well packaged. I am now looking forward to placing another order to try some of their other wines.

Amazing customer service
Recieved a personal phone call from a senior member of the company 20 minutes after placing the online order and was offered an alternative wine as the wine I had ordered was out of stock. Was advised when it would be in stock again and was happy to wait. This company are the only company in the UK I could source the wine I was after. Great personal service, amazing quality of wines.

However, once Waterside were aware of this they responded immediately, over the weekend, to discover what had gone wrong and to apologise.
Their real concern, and speedy response is appreciated at a time when many companies behave badly.

You requested to be unsubscribed from our newsletter which happens automatically and we have checked and can confirm that has happened.
We already subsidise the shipping costs which sadly these days is an expensive business with all the courier companies putting up their costs along with most things sadly these days.
You could have received 12 bottles as per your original order for almost the same shipping cost but chose if you remember to stick with 6 bottles.
We have only ever received a one star rating once before which turned out to be a false rating so we are obviously disappointed especially as it has nothing to do with our wines but rather a logistics situation which is beyond our control.
