I experienced excellent and efficent…
I experienced excellent and efficent service from an organastion from overseas . The arrival of the parcel in 3 days was outstanding considering it came from Sussex England to Newcastle ie Blacksmiths. I can’t get a parcel to go from neighbouring suburb say Swansea to Blacksmiths in 3 days. That would take minium of 7-10 days. Best Regards Bill Young

Good prices and variety
Good prices and variety. One of the items didn't fit properly and I returned for a refund, which then I had to buy again a different size. The process was easy enough, but would be better if they offered straight up size exchanges.

Problem with on-line payment system!
I encountered a problem with WaterSports Outlet online payment system, which indicated that my payment (Visa) failed; however, the charge appeared in my account statement! This is the second time this has happened, 1 year after my first experience!! Something is not right here!! (I should have learned my first time!)
I wanted the goods, so as Visa failed, I used PayPal, where I got the same error message – payment failed. This charge too, subsequently appeared in my account! I didn't order 2 deliveries; nor did I expect to get double charged after being told payment had failed!!!
That said, a quick email exchange with Mathew resolved this snafu, and yes, my goods arrived ahead of their promised delivery date.
And in the end I was reimbursed the extra charges. But this took several extra steps, international phone calls, emails, and time...
Time to sort out your on-line payment system WaterSports Outlet!

Very happy with the service and price. Ordered a wetsuit which didn’t fit. Sent it back and got the refund very quickly. Ordered a new one in a larger size which arrived in a few days. Very happy with both quality and price.
