Service is not Australian
Service is not Australian. All goods and customer service are from overseas. The time difference makes customer service difficult. Website shopping cart does not function well and does not confirm your order but takes your money. Goods had been opened and accessed by unknown persons on arrival and not resealed.

Pros and Cons of my experience
I found the website easy to navigate and product images very easy to see the size and fit. The discription was a little vague and missleading so my product is not exactly what i wanted, but it'll do the job. The shipping was 1 day late, which wouldn't have been a problem but I needed in for the weekend and it arrived Monday, however I was notifide about this in an email Thursday. Overall a good experince, but could have been amazing with just a few changes.
