I have ordered a product with 5 days delivery time. It did not arrive on time and I called the shop, they told me it is in the terminal. It was a week ago, product still did not arrive, I cannot reach the customer service by phone. The tracking details show that it has been only dispatched today. Not recommending.

The calypso I bought for my child has a horrible chemical smell and stinks to the high heavens. It's been two weeks now, it was aired out, the kid already wore it to the pool and it's also been rinsed, but the stench has not diminished at all. Manufactured in China, so who knows what chemicals were used in the production process. This is not the first calypso I've bought so I know for a fact that such a strong stench is not normal.
Also, it's stated in several places on the Watery website that this product is meant for cold water and keeps the child warm in cold water. This is obviously a lie, because the arms, shoulders, upper back and upper chest are not made of neoprene at all, but from thin lycra that does absolutely nothing for warmth. My child grew out of their previous Olaian calypso that was a proper neoprene and the contrast with Watery is striking, they feel visibly colder in the water wearing it.
I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase, but obviously cannot send it back now, because it's already been used. Unfortunately, I believed the baseless claims that it keeps you warm in cold water and such a thing cannot be found out before you've already used the product.
I was also put off by the weird extremely verbose "poetic" emails about the order swimming towards me in butterfly stroke etc. Very unprofessional, odd and clearly an attempt to deviate your attention from the fact that their products are low quality and actually do not fulfil the function they're claimed to fulfill. Never buying from this manufacturer again.

Although I still haven't received my goods after two weeks and two failed delivery attempts, I am still very impressed with Watery's customer service. No bad response to my complaint, immediate resolution of the issue and free return shipping. Let's see if the goods will arrive on the third attempt. But the customer service is top notch.

its a scam.
They just created a shipping e-label and thats all.
never actually shiped it.
customer service was like "but we shiped" .
Glad I used PayPal and was able to do a full refund.

Everything was perfect.

The order came promptly without any issues. They are xmas presents so I cannot yet rate them.

I’ve sent a product back. Since 2 months the service team is telling me, that they haven’t gotten the product back. It can’t be. Really disappointed by the service of the company. On top of that the product description was not right. Watch out!

Ordered wetsuit 9 days ago. Until now I haven’t received it. tracking nr doesn’t works.

Nice products, terrible customer service! We had a small inconvenient with one of the products, but the service is terrible.

Hard to find product at a reasonable price.

Great products at a low price. Everything came in perfect condition and swiftly. Both wetsuits I ordered feel amazing to swim in and the watery goggles are so much more comfortable than others I've tried. Will definitely continue shopping on this site!

My triathlon wetsuit arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Additionally, I bought a surprise 7 euro item and received great quality swimming shorts.

The wet suit has a pretty form, colors and besides that feels comfortable! The delivery was fast! That’s a product/ supplier that I definitely recommend

I ordered a Zone3 Azure 2.0 wetsuit (Order Number: DE1236988, so Watery can identify this review). Unfortunately, the product arrived with visible signs of use and a deep scratch—nearly a hole—on the right biceps area. For a brand-new wetsuit, this was completely unacceptable.

I returned the product immediately and initially requested an exchange, but the process has taken far too long. I placed my order on December 16th, giving myself plenty of time before my planned event on January 25. However, due to the lack of updates and clarity on the status of my return, I’ve now converted my exchange request into a refund and will order from a different retailer.

While Watery’s customer service team is easy to contact, quick communication is only valuable if it leads to solutions, not if it just informs you that they have no answers.

I will update this review based on how they handle the refund process. For now, I cannot recommend Watery due to this disappointing experience.

I just ordered two sup boardes and used them today,the quality and price were perfect and i realy enjoyed paddling in a standing position and even when you sit on the board!

I swim since 32 years and arena is always my best choice. Solid Lighttech High Is suited for freestyle swimmer and I can tell you that’s why I keep buying this style years after years.
