Easy to find correct blades
Good, clear information on website made it easy to find the correct Bosch jigsaw blades that I needed for cutting acrylic sheet. The blades were delivered promptly. Having the correct blades made it much easier to cut acrylic sheet to size.

Excellent service
I had planned poorly for a job I was due to start on Monday.....I ordered a diamond blade on Thursday hoping it might arrive on Tue or Wed but I was amazed to have the blade delivered the next day even though it was on a 3 working day delivery.
Unfortunately due to a typo on the website the blade was not the size I needed. I contacted Watson's who arranged for the blade to be collected the next day & a refund issued, at no point was I made to feel this was a problem - fantastic customer service, no hesitation at all in recomending Watson's.

Still no delivery
Still no delivery. Have tried to contact the company several times by phone and email and no response at all. Very disappointed.
Edit: At last I've spoken to Watsons Blades and they have responded very positively. I will be receiving my blades in a couple of days
