Apologies for the delay. Your goods left us via Royal Mail on 9th May and tracking shows them as being delivered on 17th May. 6 working days is unacceptable for delivery when they were sent on a 48-hour service. As I’m sure you can appreciate, once parcels are handed to the carrier we are relying on them to fulfil their obligations. Unfortunately, on this occasion, Royal Mail let both you and us down. Once again, please accept our apologies and I hope this will not prevent you from ordering from us in the future.
