The ability to get a replacement lens…
The ability to get a replacement lens for the light was very good. You were the only source I could find. The price was not cheap but it was at of good quality, delivered right to my door and carefully packed so that it would not be damaged in transit. I was a bit surprised it took a week to get it shipped but, again, this was the only place I found I could buy it at all.

Please add shipping to New Zealand as an option
Watt24 seems to be the only company able supply the small plastic BJB G13 twin lamp lampholder that we required (26.301.1001.50). Really happy they could supply these, but they do not ship to New Zealand. So, we had to ship to UK, then get them mailed again to NZ, which proves very expensive. We received the goods in NZ eventually. Would be better if they could be posted directly (reduced air-miles and cost).
