I bought my zappi from Jamie in WattCharger. The company have been very supportive and helpful. I had it installed with my solar panels and it is working beautifully. On a good bright day I can get a significant charge to my car on solar only. It’s a smart charger so will pull power from my solar panels initially if available and then the grid as required. A lovely product. Would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Thanks WattCharger

After meeting Rowan two and a half years ago, I decided to change to using the Wattcharger and the Zappi as my EV charging partner and Charger of choice.

The guys from Wattcharger are always on the end of the phone if we have a technical issue. Customer service and an incredible customer experience are at the forefront of what they do so incredibly well. This is why we purchase all of our EV chargers from Wattcharger.

I used several other EV chargers before Wattcharger introduced me to the Zappi, and quite frankly they all paled in comparison when it came to product reliability, and accountability when it came to introducing us and walking us through the installation process for the charger, load balancing, harvey, eddie and integrating with existing solar projects.

On a number of occasions, I have needed a charger at short notice and Wattcharger has always come through for me, meaning I could collect and complete an install from them on the same day.

In turn, Wattcharger has included us as a trusted referral partner, passing multiple installs to us on a weekly basis and not looking for any kickback or remuneration in return.

These guys are fantastic. I've been having an ongoing problem with a my zappi charger flipping it's fuse each night. The ESB had been out to do upgrades but it didn't help at all.
Had a chat with Alan and he knew immediately what it was. They came around a few days later and changed parts in the fuse board. Immediate inexpensive fix.
I can't speak of them highly enough.
