Haven’t received item as yet. Emailed to chase and no reply either. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail strikes the order was delayed. Received my order today and although late for the birthday present it was intended for it was nicely packaged and just what I wanted. Will save for next years birthday present instead. I'm so sorry that your order was delayed, I feel this is a reflection on Royal Mail and the current strike delays and not on my service but I'm really glad that you were happy with your print.
I printed and posted your order within 3 hours of receiving it, so my end of the process was very speedy but clearly the shipping service was really disappointing.
You sent me an email at close of business on Tuesday afternoon and I had replied by 11.20am the following morning so although it appeared that I hadn't replied, you had just posted your review before you had read it. I am a small business owner who prides myself on great customer service, so I always take time to reply to every message.
As I said in my email, there are huge backlogs at sorting offices across the country and unfortunately that is totally out of my control. Royal Mail haven't been scanning tracked items either, so we have no way of knowing an item hasn't arrived until we are emailed by a customer. It's been a total nightmare for small businesses who rely on royal mail for shipping.
I would have been happy to replace it for you, but I am glad that in the end it has arrived... sadly too late. You're right to be disappointed in that.

Exceeded Expectations Beautifully
I cannot recommend Jo and Wattle Designs highly enough! I created/purchased one of the "40 Reasons I Love You" prints for my boyfriend's birthday and Jo's work turned out so beautifully. Custom ‘reasons why I love you’
I ordered a custom design for my uncle’s 60th. Absolutely perfect customer service, Jo made sure I was happy with the design and it arrived well packaged and earlier than expected (even with Royal Mail delays). The picture/piece is such good quality and my uncle loved it. Can’t recommend this business enough.

Excellent purchase, can't rate highly enough, i wrote a message to my son and wanted to view it in different handwriting fonts and framing options.
