Poor Delivery Method

The small item was just placed in the front driveway hidden from sight, by chance I was able see it and recover it. It should have been placed in the front door or in an area that the item could have be seen by the purchaser without having to find by accident!!!!

Great gift!

I really love this bracelet and the sentiment it conveys. It was a gift for my friends birthday in October, but I couldn't wait and I gave it to her yesterday.

I ordered this for my Grandsons…

I ordered this for my Grandsons birthday and had it shipped to him. But there was no place that asked if it was a gift cause most of your orders must be gifts cause I don’t think my grandson would order this baseball for himself. I think if you want to be special as you say there should be a buyers name and address and the receivers address so they know who it came from. He hasn’t received it yet cause I just ordered it yesterday so I am hoping he has it by his birthday on the 27.

Impossible to communicate with other…

Impossible to communicate with other then by email. No personal contact with a human being other then back and forth emails.
Unknown to me the customer, they outsource order to China which became a nightmare for me
Original order 5/23/25 finally resolved on 6/26/25
Too much to cover what went on in between. Ask WAVAO. They have all emails
