I purchased a Porsche Boxster from this dealership based on representations that the car came with a Porsche warranty and a full Porsche service history. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing.
Since taking ownership, the car has developed a number of issues that have required repeated attention. On each occasion I have contacted the dealership to have these problems addressed, I have found them to be dismissive and reluctant to resolve matters properly. Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to provide good customer service, I have felt that the focus has been on minimising costs wherever possible.
I also dispute the accuracy of some of the information provided to me before the purchase, particularly regarding the warranty and service history, and I remain very disappointed with how these concerns have been handled.
Based on my own experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Buying a Porsche should be an enjoyable experience, but unfortunately this has been the opposite.

Can't fault our experience buying a car from Wave Motor Group. Sheldon was lovely, and helpful. The car's great, very happy with our purchase. Even had a follow up text to make sure everything was ok.

I can't recommend this dealership enough. Sheldon and Callum have provided the most amazing aftersales imaginable.
I am based 60 miles from their showroom and having driven there for the test drive in a car I wasn't part exchanging I needed to drive home and have the car delivered.
The test drive went perfectly, I loved the car, lovely to drive, brilliant condition, so the deal was done there and then.
Sheldon and Callum drove the 60 miles to deliver the car to me the same day and I thought that was that.
Unfortunately after recieving the car on the Saturday afternoon, I get in to start it on the Monday morning and the clutch went straight to the floor completely without warning.
I sent Sheldon a video and he reassured me it would be sorted.
Monday afternoon, Sheldon and Callum arrive to collect the car not realising I couldn't select any gears.
They arranged a recovery truck and within an hour the car was being towed back to the showroom.
During the week they had the car back I had updates every day on the diagnosis, parts ordering, progress of the work etc via WhatsApp and voice note which was very reassuring.
As it transpired the slave cylinder in the clutch had failed with no warning overnight on my drive.
The car was fixed throughly rather than on the cheap with absolutely no questions asked about who was paying for the repair. Alot of garages would do the bare minimum repair or try to get away with claiming that the work required doesn't fall within the warranty cover.
Sheldon and Callum personally redelivered the car after all the work was done with a receipt for the work.
Clutch kit including clutch plate, pressure plate, release baring, dual mass flywheel, slave cylinder and new gearbox oil totalling £1357.
Quite simply, the car was delivered, recovered, fixed THOUROUGHLY at no small cost to themselves, then redelivered with a detailed original receipt of work done.
It was incredibly unfortunate that the clutch happened to fail on the second day of ownership with incredibly low milage but these things happen and the team at Wave Car Finance handled it with extraordinary proffesionalism and efficiency. Thankyou to you the team again.

The car buying experience was seamless with Sheldon arranging everything in advance so after being personally collected from the station the car was waiting. The car was immaculate but a warranty ensures the customer feels confident to buy. A great company and I recommend them.

Absolutely can not recommend Wave enough! Sheldon and Callum were great. They were professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I requested the type of vehicle I wanted and they provided the exact spec perfectly. Great value for money and exceptional service, you cannot ask for more.
