DPD Delivery isn’t good despite the final product is

Very good prices, however beware, if you order an item from this website it has to be returned to Spain. The website is very good at arranging the postage for you, however it costs £10.99 to return a pair of trainers, not your traditional UK returns costs.

Tradeinn Waveinn - Avoid like the plague
I order some items, paid for them, paid the carriage and received a confirmation e-mail. Then I was e-mailed to say the return had been received and then that the return had been processed. Waveinn say they were returned, but they never left the distribution. I would not recommend this firm to any UK customer as you may well be scammed and lose your money. Their "chat" doesn't bother to answer your questions and simply pastes irrelevent replies.
The "Chat" is unhelpful and you are left ignored if you contradict them. Avoid like the plague.

I have been asked again by Waveinn for my order number for the lure rod that was delivered damaged, please see my previous Trustpilot reviews on this matter below this post.
I don't know again if this is just a delay tactic by Waveinn as I have lost total trust after waiting for my refund of £84.48 for 3 months now.
Anyway the order number for the Savage Gear lure rod is;
The Order number: 53670220
The date when I ordered was;
Date of order: 2024-11-20.
Date where I informed Waveinn of the issue regarding the courier not leaving the package with me because of the damage to the lure rod & packaging was;
