Disappointed

I was gifted the Christmas Tinsel candle for Christmas this year. I was so excited.. it looks beautiful. Great packaging , great scent.. such a special gift.
However, I lit it.. it burned beautifully for 2 hours. Then 1 wick extinguished and over the last few days it got worse. To the point that now both wicks are totally covered with wax and it can’t be used.
Talk about being disappointed.
I went onto the Wavertree and London website but there was no area given for Customer Care. I have sent them an email and will wait to see if there is a response.
