I ordered 3 pair of shorts. They were supposed to be stretch waist. The company FROM CHINA sent me the wrong size AND said they substituted products because they were out of my size. Then, when I went to return them, the staff said send it back to CHINA.

the company has no address listed only email and phone ( Email: Contact: 863-434-8854) I purchsased 2 'M', men's shorts. Both of them were different one too long one too narrow. i was asked to submit pics pf pkg, shorts, labels and my favorite shorts which i did and which neither of their shorts matched. they offered 20% discount for shorts that didnt fit! plus 50% disc off next purchase (why would i buy more?) after almost 25 emails they said send them back at MY cost which i refused since (they now mysteriously moved to China) and especially since they were inferior in mfg!! We are at a stand-still now. i said i wold donate to Goodwill and provide receipt rather than pay for outrageous s/h $

Terrible quality. Nonexistent customer service. Phone number on web site is bogus. They will not answer my emails.02

Ordered two items from this place. After almost a month, I received a delivery notification without any delivery. The delivery service told me to contact the vendor. When I contacted Waves and Trunks, I was told to contact the delivery service, which had already deferred me to the the vendor. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Basically, they just took my money and I got nothing from them. Scam. Do not order from this site!

They are a complete scam ordered 2 suits only got 1 and it was totally a POS was supposed to have a mesh brief but didn't and quality was crappy DON'T ORDER FROM THAT SITE

Swim trunks said they had zipper pockets guess what no zipper pockets!! Try and return is a huge joke. Don’t trust this company wish I had read this before I ordered!!

I wish I'd looked here before buying from this company. Their return headquarters is located in China so they will give you a whopping 20% refund. Never again.

I received the shots like a month and a half two months later and it was not what I ordered. it’s not worth sending them back cause you have to pay for it. this company should not be allowed to do business in the United States.

Worst experience ever . There is nothing in their website to alert you that for refunds you need to pay shipping to China ! 20% of price for refund offered! In my opinion be careful if ordering from them.

Ordered 4 shorts ($88 order) from Waves & Trunks. Fabric was shiny, itchy and not cotton/knit. I was surprised when I found that returns can only be processed if, at my expense, order is only mailed back to China (not listed anywhere on their return policy info).

So, I lost money and cannot return merchandise. Do NOT do business with this unethical company.

I ordered some shorts believing that they were cotton. When they arrived, it was pretty clear that they were made out of a synthetic material. I asked the company for a return and refund and they said I would have to ship it to China, which will cost more than the product itself. I challenged the purchase through Citibank, but they ruled in favor of the retailer. This retailer is a complete scam.

This company is a total ripoff. They advertise items such as Lee Tri Flex Men's shorts, but what you get is some kind of Korean knockoff that is not even close to what you thought you were getting. The products are total garbage and do not last at all, they do not fit American people and they are made of weak, inferior materials.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- YOU HAVE NO WAY TO RETURN ITEMS!

This company is a complete scam. Do not buy from them. I am shocked that PayPal is still honoring their transactions.
I placed an order and paid through PayPal. The company informed me my order was delivered and provide a tracking number. This number was totally bogus and the company tracking system never worked. I contacted PayPal and was promised a refund which I never received. It’s a scam company out of China. Scam Scam Scam

This company is horrendous. I’ve reached out to return two pairs of shorts that weren’t ANYTHinG like advertised. I literally paid close to $85 for two pairs of shorts that say 34 size BUt they definitely are a 32 or less with ZERO stretch. They wrote back saying I could have 30% of my money back or pay a crazy shipping fee. I rarely shop away from AmAZOn and this companies actions, deception, fraud and communication and policies is ThE REASOn why. This company is literally disgusting.  

I ordered 2 pair of shorts and when the order was received 1 of the pair were the wrong color. There was no invoice or return instructions. So I shipped them back to who was on the outside of the delivery package to only find out a few days later that their idenity was hacked and they couldn't help me. So I spent $84 for 1 pair of shorts. Customer service has been no help since I started this on July 6th.

I give this company 0 on this review. I ordered shorts for my husband with an adjustable waist band. The shorts that came were not what I ordered. It took more than a month to get them. I asked to return them and they told me they have to go back to China before a refund can be issued, at a cost of over $200 according to the UPS Store. They also did NOT respond within 24 hours as promised to more than 10 emails I sent them. DO NOT BUY WAVES AND TRUNKS PRODUCTS. You will be sorry!!!

I would do a 0 on stars. I complete fraud and rip off. Once you place an order your spam calls and e-mails explode. They say 2-3 weeks delivery, mine was 6 weeks. I tried stopping payment on PayPal but they said the item was shipped so I couldn’t reverse charges. It was coming from Woohan so it takes 6 weeks. When it came, it was two sizes too big so I wanted to return. They said it has to go back to Woohan for a credit. So I spent $45.00 and waited 6 weeks for something I threw away. Hope you heed warning before you buy from these thieves.

This company is a fraud, don't buy anything with from them if you don.t want t lost your money, i bought 3 pants with them and i paied $75,00 and when i want to return because the pants don't fit they sent to me the return address in china, that i would have to pay $328,00 i lost my money, the order come from NY, and they want to me return to China if you don't want lost your money don't buy anything with them.
