I purchased a plugin and got nothing

I purchased a product and didn't get a download link. I emailed the for help with the matter but still haven't received a reply. I got email confirmation of everything but still haven't gotten what I paid for.

Le Parisien

I bought this VSTi to play some tricky parts of Accordion on new songs.
Respect to the competitor of Accordion VSTi (much more complete but muuuuch more expensive), this VST is easy to use and give a realistic Sound thanks the high quality of the sample, the Round Robin till 6x and the bellows dynamics modulated with assignable Control Change.
