Smooth transaction

It was very easy to redeem my code/license key and get the download link for my product. Had no issues with their website. Everything went smooth. Had no reason to contact support so I offer no opinion on their customer service.

As i wrote to you a few days before i bought Trackspacer 2.5 and, with a vst instruments or just a sample : it doesn't work ! whatever the Amount, low-cut or high don't work ! pan the same etc... what's the matter with your vst ?
