Disappointing so far - purchased spa - was supposed to be sent with a filter kit and all items needed. Did not arrive - 1 month later we are still waiting for the kit, staff have been terse with my husband, who placed the order, via email and made excuses and yet still not sent the items - We have had additional cost purchasing more ourselves. Unit seems to need the filters changed 3 times a week , even when it hasnt been used - we have used it twice ( showering beforehand) and changed the water already , followed all instructions, used correct chemicals to clean filter and ph tested .. and this evening it has now overheated ..pretty rubbish for a £1200 spend . Very poor * edit - thank you for your kind and prompt assistance. Fingers crossed all will be resolved now

We waited a little longer than expected but the wait was worth it.Excellent product which holds the heat better than cheaper inflatable models.Putting together was pretty straight forward.Staff were really good and helpful.

Perfect for our needs, myself and my husband use most nights. Would be a bit of a squeeze for 4 people to be honest but we didn’t want a huge hot tub in our summer house/bar. Much prefer built in heater compared to previous brand with huge heater on the outside that takes up extra space.
Have since also ordered the drinks holder, headrests, pool light and liner for extra energy efficiency. Orders have arrived the next day each time, fabulous service!
Really enjoying our evenings relaxing in our new hot tub, with everything included to set up we could use it almost immediately just had to wait for the perfect temperature!

We took a very long time researching which hot tub/spa to purchase, so many choices and so many different company's offering differing products. We settled on the wave spa due to the choice of a rigid foam spa being offered, this and the fact the website is full of excellent info to help you decide what spa would suit your needs, along with fantastic tips on how to set up, maintain and get the most from your choice of spas. We settled on the Garda 6 person rigid foam as we wanted to be able to fit enough people in to really enjoy the experience with family members and friends. The day the spa arrived we got right to it with the assembly, we chose to both read the instructions that came with the spa and also make use of the Wave Spa installation video available on the Internet. This helped a great deal and with a video tutorial it really is straight forward. Myself and my wife put it together and had it filling with warm water straight from the tap in no time, once filled we added the chemicals which were included and waited for the levels to settle to the correct amount, total alkalinity, Ph and chlorine levels. We decided to leave it for 24 hours and then jumped in the following day, wow, what a treat, it feels fantastic with the bubble function on, made even more enjoyable with a cold glass of wine. The kids love it too, we have ours installed inside a wooden gazebo so all weather option, cannot wait until winter time, if we have some snow outside we will certainly enjoy sitting a in 40°C spa watching the snow fall, how great would that be! Love the fact the spa is connected to our WiFi so have ease of use using the Wave Spa app also. The quality of the spa is fantastic, we've been in it every evening bar one since having it. For those people who already own a hot tub/ spa you will already know that it isn't just a case of set it up and use it, without the regular maintenance you wont be getting the most from it and certainly wont get the life expectancy from it, all spas require daily/weekly checks, filter maintenance, chemical checks, top ups of chlorine, keeping the alkalinity at its optimum so as the PH will remain stable, all these things do require you to get into a routine, you only get out what you put in, so getting a spa is great and I fully recommend it, but it does require some of your time each day/week to maintain it and therefore get the most out of it so keep this in mind when choosing your spa. Filter maintenance is a must as if the filters block and restrict the flow of water the heater will reduce its output, this is for safety reasons and to protect the heater, I currently use two pairs of filters which whilst one set is in use the others are thoroughly cleaned using filter cleaner, then each week, swap the filters and clean the set I removed ready for next time, this prolongs the life of the filters and reduces wastage to landfill, the filters are easily cleaned and you'll know when its time to dispose of them and swap out for brand new.

I have had multiple issues with my Rigid Eco Foam Spa since day one. Flow problems, heater not working, heater getting stuck on and overheating and also minor issues such as the zip breaking.
To be told that I have to pour some hot water next to the inlet or needing to remove the filters to get it heating is fairly hard to believe - No point in having a wifi enabled spa if I manually have to do all that just to get it doing the one thing it's designed for.
We've managed to use it about 3 times since purchase, the rest of the time has been waiting for repair.
In short, very disappointed with the product. The actual spa itself is great but the heater unit is truly awful.
Excellent Customer Service, I recently purchased a new Kayak, but after I received the Kayak I realised an alternative Kayak would be more suitable due to its size. I contacted Customer Service and I have to say I have been really impressed with the support offered Elizabeth from customer services in relation to how she helped me resolve the issue and responding promptly to my various question. Based on this I would have no hesitation in recommending Wave to my friends and would definitely buy again from Wave. Thank you Dean

I would strongly caution anyone considering a Wave Spa based on my experience.
I purchased a Wave Swift spa approximately three years ago, and during that time I have had to replace the external heater/pump assembly three separate times. Now, the unit has failed again and I need a fourth replacement pump.
The most frustrating part is that Wave has informed me they no longer stock replacement pumps for this model and have no solution to offer. As a result, my three-year-old spa is essentially unusable because a critical component is no longer available.
Their only recommendation was to offer me a discount on purchasing an entirely new spa. That response is difficult to accept when the existing spa is only three years old and has already experienced multiple pump failures. A hot tub should have a much longer service life than that, and replacement parts for essential components should remain available for a reasonable period.
The combination of repeated equipment failures and the inability to obtain replacement parts has left me with an expensive spa that is now little more than a backyard decoration. I expected far better product reliability and customer support from Wave.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wave Spas.

Actually very upset to be writing this. I was researching spas for a year in the end. Ultimately decided to go with wave for various reasons.
We were unfortunately delivered the wrong foam - so the foam is delivered in 2 boxes and should be 2 different boxes but we had the same boxes delivered - which means a big hole where there shouldn’t be one.
It was very gutting as we had purposely purchased it for the sunny bank holiday.
They said they’d send the spare part out next day delivery. But we didn’t get it for 5 days. Due to this we were told we could ‘DIY’ block the hole in the meantime so we could use, not really what you want when spending £1200. They also said they’d send ‘goodies’ to say sorry, but this was obviously a lie as even after chasing - they have never appeared.
Since then despite following instructions by the book and having a very capable engineer husband looking after it - we’ve had so many errors and heater stop working for no reason.
It’s a big purchase to be let down.
I waited many weeks to post a negative review to see if they could solve the upset - but no such luck.
Purchased wave spa as I joint family present and everyone loves it. Not long after installation however we started getting a fault code come up with regards to the heater. Contacted wave and got a very quick response from milly who gave me step by step instructions (including photos) so we could test the heater ourselves. Turns out the test didnt work and milly very very very quickly arranged for the heater to be returned to them to be looked at. Turns out it was simply a faulty part and has since been repaired and returned to us. Fantastic communication throughout and milly was very helpful. When milly wasnt available I was getting communication from a gentleman called David who was also very helpful but millys instructions at the start and how quick she arranged for the heater (even on a sunday) to be shipped back to them was outstanding service. Ordered a lazy spa last August used it for a month before storing for the winter now unit won’t let me use the bubbles,shocking customer service as I’m told I need to purchase a repair as my unit is an old one…I’ve had two tubs in 3 years both with issues with the unit shall never buy from them again 🤬

Thank you David from Wave Spa for getting in touch with me. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service and their wish to put things right as I have had lots of issues. Since writing my first review I am updating my experience, to be fair to Wave Spa for sorting out a solution!
I had issues from the start with my Wave Combo hot tub. Firstly they sent the incorrect parts. I had employed someone to put the hot tub together (rigid foam type) and was missing one of the main foam panels (they had sent the wrong panel). The correct foam panel was then dispatched but by then the hot tub had almost been put together. It takes a lot longer than the stated '30 minutes set-up.
Then the inflation pipe at the bottom of the spa started leaking. I contacted customer services via email and asked for someone to call me to discuss. They never called just sent troubleshooting instructions. I followed the instructions and the inflation pipe is still leaking .. perhaps a faulty one way valve. I am left with an expensive hot tub which I cannot use and full of regret ever purchasing it.
I am totally dissatisfied with my Wave Spa and it is not fit for purpose and already appears to be faulty. I would like to return it and get a refund but that is highly unlikely to happen ... to me that is the only resolution.
Avoid and find an alternative hot tub company .. plenty of others out there!

Have had my WaveSpa for not quite two years so under warranty. Had to send it back last year so was without it for 6 weeks as when it was returned the controller was missing so had to have another spare part sent out. Have just put it up this year and now the heater unit is over heating like many others here have experienced. I am now being asked to return it again! Getting hold of anybody by phone is extremely difficult. Please can you sort out your customer services and take responsibility for the product you are selling.
Whilst I haven’t received my product yet as it’s on back order, the customer service I received from Elizabeth has been amazing.
After ordering I found out the 5% off and also the free lights, contacting them was straight forward and response quite promptly.
Usually you get 1 response every 24 hours from other companies so I am impressed so far but will wait to get my product and complete a full review.

I ordered the Eco Wave Como. Delivery was within 2days. Very well packaged. The Wave hot tub was
very easy to put together for a lady on her own. Heated it up and had a few days of wonderful bliss. However, when I uped the temperature after a few days, the heater would not work. Tried all the trouble shooting but to no avail.
I emailed Wave customer services, I had a response the next morning. Big shout for Milly who was very consistent in helping me resolve the issue. I have an event on 6th June, needed to get the hot tub up and running for that. It was decided that I would send my heater back to Wave...After emptying the tub, and packing up the heater, which I'm not going to lie, was quite a stressful time for me, I had so much on, I sent it back. Milly did her upmost for me she ordered a new heater, it arrived the next day. Once again the delivery was excellent. Im pleased to say it is all up and running again. All OK
The Wave Eco spa is amazing, as is the customer services nothing was to much trouble. Milly was very apologetic, she even emailed me over the weekend to resolve my issue.. . I was very impressed.

Was a bit of a bum start with our new spa, having set everything up on a Friday, the heater would not heat up! We wrote to the support team for help and they responded quickly. Issues with heating, error messages constantly coming up. I clean the filter after every use. I get FC codes even after adding a new filter. Had to send unit back to be repaired, not sure anything was actually done as its still not working!! Customer service is slow and inconsistent with who responds. A telephone number would be wise, so we can talk through problems and solve it quickly and efficiently.

Excellent customer service. Originally there was a part missing, unfortunately the wrong part was sent at first but after further contact correct part was sent out.
