Ordered goods on the 20th July and have had no delivery or even know where the goods are. Rip off!!!!

These guys don’t deserve one star. They are scammers. I have been chasing them everyday for 6 weeks. I have reported them to every law enforcement Dept, tax Dept, media outlet & now I am making Instagram & FB accountable for allowing this company to steal from innocent people. I am a crusader to STOP these scams from happening or go any further. They deserve to go to prison. Please add your reviews & help to stop this until they are all jailed.

FRAUDULENT...ORDERED AIR PODS FOR MY 11 YEAR OLD, TOOK MY MONEY, ACKNOWLEDGED THE ORDER AND NOTHING FOR 3 MONTHS AND NOT RESPONDING TO EMAIL....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Fraud fraud fraud. Takes your money and does not deliver the products with no reply to customer queries. Order placed in October 2017. Still no word from the company.

Wavyhats acquired by a new owner and these guys are doing great work now. Shipping was fast and they were replying immediately for all my questions.

They have another site called official customs- they take the money, they never deliver

Same experience as everyone else. Email with reference number and extremely polite mannerisms has gone unanswered and no product received (ordered on January 12, 2018). Hopefully anyone else reading this can avoid using them or any of their other branches, no contact number at all on the website anymore for clear reasons.

My experience is same as all the others here purchased some ear buds for my daughter charged straight away and promised 5 to 10 day delivery 3 mths later and still no ear buds this is a bulls##t company and needs shutting down stay clear

I made a purchase back in December, nearly two months has gone by with 3 emails and telephone number left and no one has contacted me back. Wish I would’ve seen the reviews before I purchased. Guess that’s what we get trying to support small independent companies. I will continue to go to name brand store before I purchase anything from a small bull’sheit company like “wavy hats” basically they’re scammers !!

This transaction hit my cc from a purchase made originally on Official Custom Air Pods dot com. I will also post a review with that website (company) as they are the same company and the BBB, in addition to talking to my cc company to see if there is any way they can refund the scam. These people are horrible when it comes to customer service. They took our money and won't respond to emails. I've sent 3. We have not received our purchase. The item was supposed to ship in 3-5 days according to the original website. Reading all these other reviews, I highly warn everyone- Do NOT purchase from these people.

Is this website fraudulent? An unauthorized purchase from this website hit my credit card. I tried contacting the company twice for details, but I haven't heard back from the company. I had to cancel that credit card.

There are three months since I ordered from their website and even to this day I didn’t received my order. No answer, no money back...great trick.

Placed my order in the summer haven't received my merchandise or my refund to this day. Never ever would I purchase from this nonsense AGAIN.

Only pay shipping my butt. Wavy is conniving and probably made thousands of dollars from scamming us all. I noticed my order hadnt shipped even though I ordered it 2 months ago so go to check out the post that I bought it on, gone, the webpage I got it on, gone, I emailed them for an email, says email doesn’t work. Totally irritated. Hope I made my point, don’t buy their rubbish

Don’t shop here! They aren’t legit and I had to dispute with my credit card company for a refund. They shut down their email, website and social media !!!

They should shut down and go make the world a better place. World is not perfect because of companies like wavy. Scam!!! 2 months later no items and no response to my queries

BIG SCAM!!!!Don't buy, a month ago I ordered an order and I have not received yet. I have written to customer support without any answer yet.

SCAM. Ordered bikinis over a month back and still no answer from my numerous emails and refund request. Does anyone know how to report this kind of fraud and get them shut down?

BIG SCAM! I've been emailing them asking where my order is but no reply. DO NOT waste your time and money here. I wish I goggled reviews earlier.
