They have had my money for months

They have had my money for 4 months. I have emailed 5-6 times and no response. I’m very frustrated and trying to figure out who to contact. Will start with Better Business or Consumer Protection? This is called stealing.

This "company" is a SCAM

This "company" is a SCAM. I purchased my curler a month ago and it said i would receive it between 7 and 14 days. Nothing. Then i contacted them several times and no answer. Just an automated email saying they are receiving lots of emails and they might take longer than expected to answer. Ya, right. I investigated a little bit and it seems super dodgy. I asked them for my product, for a refund, everything, and at this point i think i'll never get neither of them, but rest assured they'll hear from me everywhere i can.
Awful customer service. Well, non existent.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. If you want a curler, there are some on Amazon or many other places.

Love the curling iron and good customer service

I purchased the wireless curling iron from them back in May 2022 and I have been loving it. I was using it almost every week. However, the battery started to die quickly this year in February and I reached out to them regarding this. I wasn't expecting a replacement, especially for the price I paid to get this but the support agent was extra nice that she offered me a free replacement by herself.

Its a scam. Avoid this company

Its a scam. Dont buy it...
Firstly, I waited for my order a month and when contacted a company asking about my order no one replied. Secondly the curler stopped working after the first time using it, it just doesnt charge. Avoid this company

I got mine today after about 3 weeks of…

I got mine today after about 3 weeks of waiting. I went to try it out in excitement (not knowing you couldn’t even test out the item if something was wrong with it) and it was absolutely horrible. It didn’t curl my hair, my hair kept getting stuck, and it didn’t seem like it was getting hot enough to even curl someone’s hair. I then go to try to do a return and I’m met with it has to be unused and they charge a 14$ restocking fee. How in the world do they expect someone to know if it’s good or not without testing the product out first? I’ve already emailed and got a stupid response saying that they have high email volume, sounds like a way to say we aren’t gonna be getting back to you to me. I hope no one buys into this crap like I did. I hope I can get it returned because I’ll never be using it.

I’ve ordered a curler in January

I’ve ordered a curler in January. Received it 1,5 month later. It didn’t work. I’ve emailed them like 10000 times to send it back and get my money back. They refused at first because I’ve used the product. But how can one test a curler if you don’t use it? After 10000 mails and a formal letter from me they gave me e refund and I don’t have to send the not working curler back. I will never order something from them.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They take weeks to answer emails, and don’t provide helpful information. It takes over a month to receive your order. The product itself is alright but runs out of batteries super quickly. Overall just not a great experience.

Product never received

I made an order in December and it is now the 20th of Februrary and I never received it. I demand a full refund, for which I also didn't get an answer. The company seems fake! Do not trust them!
