On June 17, 2022 I placed an online order to Wawa and the delivery time was 11:53am. I waited for my order almost an hour after the scheduled time.
I called to cancel the order because I never got it and requested a refund. Today is July 10, 2022 and after a few emails I had sent to their customer service online service I had not received my $14.91 refund.

A Great Big Thank You To WAWA Today.
I have 2 sons in the local volunteer fire company. One is a fireman, the other is a fire policeman. We were just sitting down to dinner this evening when (again) their pagers went off. Out they both went to the kind of call a parent dreads, a shooting. A while later I got a text that they would be a "while", and to please save their dinner. I texted back asking if I could bring them something. He finally responded that the folks at the nearby WAWA had just brought them all some coffee and food. I'm still getting choked up just typing this. And, this isn't the first time WAWA has done this for my guys. This is sooo special, I had to share it.
Yes, I know some folks have a negative experience at WAWA but, there's usually a bad apple (employee) in every barrel. WAWA truly is doing a great service for our communities. I mean, would you rather go to a 7-eleven ? Oh, Lord have mercy !!!!!!

The breaded chicken is the only thing I go there for it’s the best if you haven’t tried it go in your car and drive to Wawa and order it you won’t regret it!

This place had such good food, I went there literally over a dozen times a week for more than a decade. Now, I don't even stop there for gas. The food is dreadful, the help, useless. But it is the unbelievable decline in the quality of the food that is so utterly sad and disappointing. Building the empire required them to give up their soul and reason for existing. It is like watching the 1969 NY Jets turn into the 2012 Jacksonville Jaguars.

Terrible customer service. They charged me twice in one day for one fill up and now they don't bother to allow you to call them

The coffee is always cold….
And no way to heat it up….
I quit wawa for that one reason….
Not worth the trip!.
7 Eleven always has hot coffee, I guess they’ll get my business and not just for coffee.

I love Wawa! Store #5241 in St.Petersburg, Fl. I don't understand all the negative reviews. They really try hard for the customer so if you find a better stop-and-go I'd like to know where...7 eleven doesn't come close. The rewards program is great and it has saved me alot of dollars. Also, customer service and cleanliness are excellent. They go out to individually wrap touch and go food so children (young and old) can't touch the food. Thank you for that Wawa!! Your great! So keep up the good job and flick off the naysayers. Only problem I found are alot of the customer's don't wear a mask, but that's not Wawa's fault it's just stupid people. Then again Florida is a stupid state! 😸

They ran Evey 7/11 out of town, that's fine because they were not good. But now they control the market in our area, the customer service have dropped big time ! Bad management food has taken a big fall also. They can blame covid but this started long before covid hit. No longer a customer.

I was born inside a wawa, doc pull me out and gave me a buttered junior roll right as I was pushed out, soups prett Gud had that’s lobster besq and it went down jus nice. Money register lady tried tuch my dick one time and I came instant other than that great respect

The Rewards program is a joke. I have 7 rejected rewards that their emails and app do not let me cash in, despite their sending me the info and links. I used to go to their stores throughout the East Coast at least 4 times weekly, but never, ever again. They suck. Customer Service Wawa, once great, is now very, very bad. They don't care about their customers.

Used to be great, reliable dairy source. Gallons of milk are now consistently bitter and spoiled with good dates around the Philadelphia area. Blame Covid or whatever you want but it’s disgusting and a waste of our time and money. It’s happened so many times that I’ve stopped even bothering with Wawa dairy. Either something is happening along the way where the milk is left out of refrigeration or something is being added and spoiling the milk faster. You can smell it as soon as you get all the way home and open it, realizing you just wasted your time and money on a massive chain that has no care for quality or their customers anymore. One thing they do have either way is your money. Good luck.

wawa sr 52 and little road .for 2 weeks now i let it ride every day 530 am i go for coffe always out of reg coffe 2 jugs empty no mike red cap no sugar and god forbid you ask someone behind the counter .they snap a you and seem like you bugging them to do there job and reply . ill do it when i get a chance. but you standing there singing the song playing over the pa .all and all the store is pretty good cashier lady is the best always ask all the question do you need anything else do you need a recipt . lil old lady counting change every morning with face shield she does a great job maybe teach other to be like her .

I'm a 66 yr old senior wanted a part time job as cashier. they hired me to do Utilities "maintance" empty heavy garbage bags out at pumps, lifting bags of ice 4 packs. 60lbs. unload trucks. while they have 20yr olds doing Cashiers jobs. this company has gone WOKE. disrespectful to seniors.

I have never had a problem till today. Every thing has always been great. Today I went for some coffee and I saw some Blueberry muffins and I bought some and I have to say they are the worst I have ever had, toss in the trash. There in no Blueberries in it but there we on tops. I will still go to WAWAs for other thing but no more of those muffins.

I went to Wawa bridgeton NJ. Got a meatball junior. Was horrible, sloppy.i ask for provolone cheese got parmesan. Just a sloppy sandwich,was in apatizing. Won't go back. Where are the days when you can get a good meatball sandwich or a roast beef with horseradish long gone Wawa sucks

The worst iced coffee ever! Taste like watered down vanilla milk shake. (And it was pumpkin) I gave them 3 chances. Had to add hot coffee for any flavor at all. Zephyrhills location.

Literally just went into the WORST Wawa ever…..May never step foot in one again. The bathrooms were disgusting, floors inside were absolutely disgusting and the employees were miserable. People came back in complaining about their food. I walked out.
