The quality is great, and worth the longer wait. One time my order was delayed, and they gave me some discount for the next order. Also a very nice company for being sustainable!

Made an order for an in-stock item along with a pre-order. I emailed to ask if the in-stock item could be posted separately, and not only did they not charge me an additional postage fee but it was posted that day, and arrived the day after.
Jacket is very much water resistant not water *proof*, but it's comfortable, breathable and really well made, and water resistant is all I'd expect for waxed cotton. Can't wait to see how it ages and wears in.

Brilliant bag, great design and looks really good. (Studio ripstop crossbody tote). Tempted to go back for more. Good delivery and it's an ethical company.

Wawwa were easy to deal with and like any good online store they simply updated me on the progress of my order and followed up with a quick email to ensure I received the parcel.

Payment online was direct and I was never concerned about the shipping etc as the delivery instructions are plain and clear.

Wawwa have a quality product and service. Just happy to help as the bag I bought is perfect for my everyday use.

I made my order for a bag in the beginning of August. I still have not received the bag (!) almost 3 months later.. I tried contacting customer service to cancel my order and get my money back but they stopped responding to my emails..

Great company and responsive. Just received my 1st order a cross body bag. Amazing style, well made and quality product. My vest should be arriving soon and I cannot wait. Followed on IG for a while before buying but impressed everything is done in house, all in the UK. Just check them out on IG. They’re as good as they say and look. Very happy customer.

I placed an order for the bar tack tote bag in stone, and was got an email the next day saying that there was an issue with their website and that product was in fact completely sold out. Tessa was very helpful and offered to change my order to another similar item or provide a refund. I chose the latter and received a full refund promptly within 3 days.

Pretty good experience given the circumstances, so I'll keep an eye out for a possible restock and look forward to ordering again.

My favorite EDC bag.
I purchased a couple of months ago the WAWWA Messenger Slate Blue Messenger Bag. It's been my daily companion ever since. It's been with me even during the summer holiday in Greece. The quality of the bag is excellent and the material, although is very light, it is incredibly resistant to everyday battering. I recommend this bag to anyone in search of a cool EDC.

The quality of the product is evident as soon as you get it out of the packaging. Sturdy, high quality materials. Really well made and super solid! Quick shipping as well. Would buy again!

I have ordered the Messenger bag and given one as a gift to a friend, as it is light enough to post easily. Since then, I've ordered a Hybrid Aero shirt. It's well-made and built to last. I love the colour. It's quite warm for this time of year, but I love that it is made with quality materials and can be re-proofed. On the pricey side compared to other things I buy, but I am very happy to support a British company that treats its workers fairly and lives up to its sustainable claims. Thank you. I absolutely LOVE the Ayla skirt and Aimee tie top that I ordered. The quality and design are to a very high standard. The items were dispatched exactly on the date it said on their website and all my email queries were answered promptly. I will definitely be buying another Ayla skirt for the winter!
