Excellent response to mistake - but still waiting
I have clicked five stars although my last order was mixed up with another person's order and I received wax melts instead of candles and diffusers - someone else got those instead. We obviously both contacted Waxify and I was told to keep the melts and my order would be despatched shortly. Still have yet to receive it though. Hopefully it'll be delivered shortly and my five star rating will still be relevant:. A few days later and I am able to say that my order has been received, together with a complementary room spray. Definitely recommend this company.

My latest purchase of a candle. They have so many lovely fragrances to choose from its difficult to decide. I chose English Pear & Freesia this time and I love it. Great service and postage never an issue. Candle arrived safely and on time.

Love your products, the candle smells divine and burns great. The hand wash is also lovely and smells for ages when l use it. Always get comments when friends and family smell the products
