Absolutely adore these candles and diffusers. The smells are absolutely amazing, long lasting and every bit of the candle burns away leaving an empty tin. Thought a bit pricey initially, but not anymore. Won't buy any other candles now.

Hi Jemima, as everyone should be aware, Royal Mail have extreme delays due to the Christmas rush, and we have had a notice on the top of our website for over 6 weeks now saying it's 5-10 working days delay with Royal Mail so I feel this is very unfair to leave us a 1 star review for the shipping time when it's clearly shown on the website. Also they are so easy to remove from the burners.

Quality has changed
Quality has changed? Candles don’t burn evenly and most now don’t burn down fully before the wick disappears. Something has changed. Doubt I’ll buy again.

Hi there, I can confirm nothing has changed within our business or manufacturing since the day we first started, can you email us with any issues or questions and we will be happy to advice the best way to burn our candles. The only way they wouldn't burn evenly is if they are blown out before the melt pool reaches the edge of the tin , you should always allow it to reach the edge of the tin before blowing it out to avoid it tunnelling.
