Called many times even called FedEx for them to tell me they never got my package and no one will call or email me back said it should have been here already your customer service or contact service is frustrating and needs to be fixed I can't even cancel my order if I tried, someone emailed me an was able to fix it and I got my stuff later but got everything as I ordered seems a bit tippy and ice catch doesn't want to stay down locks in but don't stay long

GID traveler bong
I have the GID traveler bong. Comes with a glass bowl and two extension rods for the stem piece. I’ve used it on everything from a 16oz water bottle to Liqour, beer and wine bottles—even a salsa bottle. I enjoy using it because I don’t have to worry about taking any of my glass pieces and risk breaking them while in tow.

Quick arrival, decent product
Arrived within a week of ordering, strong scilionce and nice colors. I have an older model of the same product (it's an orange and white piece that isn't currently available) that ones hits better. The newer one requires more suction to smoke. It's not as smooth as the old one in my opinion but it's still a good piece I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to mess with a rig or likes to travel and smoke.

Terrible customer service
I didn’t receive half of my order (the half missing was a water pipe) and whomever I was emailing with responded like they didn’t even read any of my emails. I still haven’t gotten my water pipe (label was made on feb 24th) but finally on last Friday the person I emailed said they were going to send another one (but still didn’t answer any questions I asked) so I’m unsure how the product it’s self is. The ash catcher is very good but doesn’t work that well with my other water pipe.

The Ares erig is a nice rig, unfortunately the atomizers are low quality which is disappointing but their customer service is amazing and always willing to help if there is a problem! Honestly their customer service is the only reason I still use it.

Almost a full week just to PROCESS my order!!
Took nearly a full week just for my order to be processed. After 6 days of waiting I finally got a confirmation email with a tracking number. The package is being shipped thru some Chinese USPS partner and hasn't been updated in 3 days. Still waiting on my package. I already know the product is quality, that's why I bought it. I just wish the customer service matched that.

Pretty cool design
Pretty cool design, and a highly functional also. You can chug on it and very little to no water hits the lips. Class is thin, but you cant beat the price. Multiple colors to choose from and can swap out colors easily. 5 stars as far as im concerned. I just bought another color sleeve and down stem, and an Ash catcher that looks cool also. Good job Waxmaid!
