BE AWARE
This is absolutely outrageous, WaxWorld! I spent a whopping €2000 on a complete set of BigBoi products – pressure washer, vacuum cleaner, and more – only to receive damaged goods right off the bat; specifically, the hose roller and the stand.
When I contacted you about this, your solution was for me to pay an additional €250 to order new parts and then return the damaged ones for a refund. I, foolishly, followed this procedure. I sent back the faulty roller and stand, trusting your process.
Now, five months later, I'm still waiting for that €250 refund! Every time I reach out, I get the same infuriating, unhelpful response: "the money has been refunded." I've been to my bank, provided you with statements proving no such refund has occurred, and yet, I'm still down €250. To add insult to injury, the replacement stand you sent was also damaged, and at that point, I was completely fed up with dealing with your incompetence.
This is utterly unacceptable customer service for such a substantial order. BE AWARE, POTENTIAL BUYERS! WaxWorld takes your money and then leaves you high and dry when there's an issue.
