Wayground is BAD

I can't believe my Geometry teacher is getting away with it, if you had happiness in like then this would take your happiness away; I have AuDHD and using this site is torture, I'm suprised that the CIA didn't use Wayground as a torture method.

Note: If you're a child, please tell your parent on how I got the same opinion, if you're a parent, please let your child know about the evidence

Just use Gimkit at this point.

Wayground secretly sells personal data and info. They also removed my custom created quiz with no explanation, and I have contacted their customer service before and filed a support ticket, only to get only repsonse. They also have this 'Aura Generator' tjing, where I assume they use an AI engine to generate the 'Aura'. However, when I described the 'Aura' that I wanted ( an 'Aura' of Sukhoi Su-27 "Flanker" fighter aircraft ), they generated something close to an F-22 Raptor. What a scam.

This site needs some improvements...

I love this site, but there are some things that can use some work. This site is really good. I love the amount of things you can do on this site and enjoy the fun game modes. I also like making my own quizzes and then challenging my friends with them! But then there is the bad side of this site... Like, I get the whole anti-cheating system, but I can't even check the TIME ON MY CHROMEBOOK without you telling my teacher that I'm CHEATING ON MY WORK??? SINCE WHEN??? Then I get a low grade on every assignment because this site made these false accusations of me cheating. Also, the site is really buggy and barely works like it's supposed to. Like I'll be in a teacher-paced live lesson and the sync button always fails to sync with the teacher's board. Then, it takes so long for it to sync that by the time I am done with the question the teacher has already moved on to the next thing!! Anyways, I love this site and totally recommend it for educational purposes, but it does need some improvements here and there.

Wayground is completely garbage

Raw, unfiltered trash. Quizizz was the best thing to do in my classroom to get my students engaged with the subject we learned, and I also paid for a subscription to keep things interesting for my class. Wouldn't you know, soon as the rebrand came, everything was flipped upside down. The UI is abysmally garbage, it's miles harder to navigate through pages, and when I do it seems like there's duplicates of the same page, just with a fresh coat of paint. And the site is so much more laggy and buggy, students getting taken out games, website crashing, et-cetera. More importantly though, I was unable to cancel my subscription for WEEKS and I tried everything for them to stop charging me. Right now, I have gotten my money back, but the subscription benefits are still ongoing, so I hope I don't see anymore charges on my card.

This company is garbage

This company is garbage. I signed up for a 10 day free trail and canceled prior to 10 days because I don’t need the premium. When I log in my plan type says ‘canceled free trial’ but they ran my card for $240 and declined the request from my bank to deny the charge. Emails I send are not responded to, let me save you the trouble. Don’t bother with anything that isn’t free!

I tried multiple times to cancel my subscription and even denied the charge on my credit card. I kept getting emails that Wayground kept trying to charge my card. I emailed again and had several exchanges still trying to get Wayground to stop trying to bill me. This week I received an email saying they were sucessful billing me. I'm still trying to get my money back. I don't understand why they did this when I cancelled my account.

Too many problems

It has so many bugs and rarely works correctly. I have not given one test or quiz without some kind of problem this year so far. This has been the worst kind of stress for our entire school, including teachers and students. We have been using it for almost four months so far, and we are still having problems. Students randomly get kicked out and often can't get back in. It is very difficult to navigate and find things. It is very difficult for students who need to make up tests or quizzes. They constantly make changes without letting teachers know ahead of time, and then we have to figure out how to make it work again as we are trying to give a test to our classes. The class rolls do not stay up to date, even when refreshed. I gave it two stars instead of one because the interactive aspect and study materials are really good.
