Still waiting on a response of “I will fix it from the clown owner” leaking flue.
Bought full stove set up from them and installation. Former was OK, latter was awful. Chimney can put on at an angle, no hessian to protect it against the rain, didn't fully seal the inglenook, poured excess cement over register plate which shows as it pushes down the access plate, cement left in slate tiles as well as across the driveway, plaster was as straight as a dogs hind leg and stove not central and square.
Second attempt at straightening the can and its still squint and they thought they could just scrub hardened cement etc off the driveway block work. No I don't want you back again I've no idea what you'll wreck this time.
Just had our second stove fitted this year by Whitley Bay Stoves and we are very happy with the quality and high standard and service from the fitting team lead by Liam. Thank you so much, highly recommend this company.
Had my fire installed the flue pipe has ALWAYS leaked, despite contacting WB stoves they promised to fix it. Being told to contact the subcontractor installer, (wb stoves made me use them) I had no choice , They have not helped. It’s cost me £600 to put right. The manager is a joke. Zero customer service!
