I am really disappointed with park tickets Policy
I am really disappointed with the support service.
Made +1300km to visit London and this park with kids.
Bought 6 tickets, and with all the crazyness of London, when we arrived at the station to take the HP bus, the driver told us the ticket was for the day before.
Can you image my face and kids feelings...devastated. We got our dates mixed up and miss the park by an human (dad) error.
I tried to explain this to the support, in next morning, but they did not want to reschedule the tickets, even paying fees. This is not a football game that happens once. They are open all year around. Reschedule can have been done for any date, any time they wanted.
They just won £354 with total disregard for costumers and visitors (mainly kids).
I understand its was my mistake, but they also know tickets where not used. They care more about business than people.:(
If they allow people to enter 30 minutes and more forehand the schedule date, why couldn't support find a solution for this during a year?.
For a family park, I am very disappointed...with me and with Park Policy.
Visit No.6!!! ❤️
I have been 6 times and OMG ive loved it every time! Always something new each time ive visited and will definitely return for visit number 7 in the future. Very friendly staff who are always happy to give you fun facts you might not know. I just need you to give my a room as i basically live there at this point 🤣 Thank you for so many memories and I look forward to my next visit.
Great day but overcharged and no apology
Throughly enjoyed our visit for the first time. It is very expensive for food and in the gift shops but I suppose that is part of the experience, so bring plenty of money. The only downside is that I was over charged for something at a photo station when told there was a promotion on. I only realised this later when checking receipt. When I spoke to someone in charge, he couldn’t answer if a promotion was on in fact I got the impression he thought I was lying. He actually showed no interest. When you think of the amount of money these places bring in an apology would have sufficed.
We enjoyed our day out
The whole family really enjoyed our day, only downside was the food and honestly, save your money on the Butterbeer truly awful. It’s an expensive day out but a magical treat for any big HP fans.
An amazing day all round and you can…
An amazing day all round and you can tell how much work has gone in to making it so magical, Amazing food and amazing gift shops, only complaint is whoever the lady collecting the head phones and interactive devices at the end of the tour at around 3pm today is one of the rudest individuals I have ever come across, not only did she address the fact I hadn't disconnected the head set from my device I also watched her make a horrible face to her co worker about my sister when she also handed the device back! There is no need to be so rude especially when it’s someone first time at the studio and no idea how things work, that was the only downfall and not a great way to end the day!!!!
Magical Experience, A Must for Any Harry Potter Fan
The Warner Bros Harry Potter Studio Tour is absolutely outstanding. From the moment you arrive everything is spotless, well organised and run by staff who are not only well trained but genuinely caring and enthusiastic.
The attention to detail throughout is incredible. Every set, prop and costume is beautifully displayed and maintained, and the experience feels completely immersive. Even if you are not the biggest fan, it is impossible not to be impressed. If you are a Harry Potter fan, this is simply a must-do experience.
The whole place runs smoothly, queues are well managed, and staff are always happy to answer questions or help out. It feels as though they truly want visitors to enjoy themselves.
A world-class attraction that delivers on every level. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Epic visit
We regularly go to the Warner Bros Studio Tour Harry Potter the making, and will continue to go. Each visit we spent 10 to 12 hours there, as there is so much to see, read, watch, learn, do and that's before you even chat to the staff. The sets and props are absolutely incredible alone, but then different events are put on - currently The Goblet of Fire event. Which has to be one of our absolute favourites now, there has been so many changes and add ons. The performers who come out every 30 minutes were incredible and my daughter ran back nearly every performance just to watch them again and again. They interacted so much with her and made her feel really special. The staff who work at the tour, from security, cleaners, retail, food to the interactors help make it such a wonderful visit. The cleaners quietly and tirelessly work keep the tour spotless. The catering staff are non stop working, keeping the food line moving quickly. Shout out to Fatou who served us on both days we visited (3rd and 4th July) The security and retails staff welcome you with a smile on their face and ask you how your visits was when leaving. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy what they are doing and that makes a big difference. The biggest shout out must go to the interactors who constantly have a smile on their face, a fact to tell you or a proper to show you, just to enhance your visit. So many staff stood out for me and I forgot to write down all their names, but I would like to shout out Keri S, Mason, Pedro (Peter), Charlee, Will, Ben, Sean, Eoin, Kacey, Kaitlin and
Salsarah. There were more, but I can't remember their names. The staff meet so many people, but it's lovely when they recognise you and go out of their way to talk to you.
The food is priced like any other popular attraction is. The prices and menus are online, but you can take your own if you wish. The seating area has been massively extended, so loads of room. The gift shops are again prices you'd expect for a popular attraction. However their are different items to suit everyone's budget.
To the Beauxbaton with blonde hair who made my daughter feel special over our 2 day visit (3rd and 4th July), thank you.
100% recommend this place, you wont regret it. We have already booked 3 more visits, and can't wait!!
Very nasty lady security guard at the entrance.
A very nasty security guard doing all manner of emptying pockets, searching clothing which is highly intrusive. It is worse than at Heathrow Airport. The experience has already been thoroughly ruined before it even began. Left us permanently scarred. Lady security guard was very nasty. Who would want to terrorise this dump? What will it achieve?? Who would be that stupid?? Been to many concerts [eg Totoro, Shen Yu and Andre Rieu and museums but this security is totalled uncalled for and an invasion of privacy. Spoiled. Very OTT for an excursion with so few people and so spread out. Nasty and horrible. I would never subject myself to such intrusion of privacy again. Never again.
The price is ridiculous for what is…
The price is ridiculous for what is actually there. Once in price for photos very high. Should be an offer if all photos on a disc at the end which would be cheaper .
Absolutely magical experience
Absolutely magical experience. I would rate this a million stars if I could. If you’re a Harry Potter fan you’ll be in your element. We went as a family of five and had the most wonderful day. There is so much to see. It’s unbelievable. The Great Hall took my breath away. Diagon Alley is incredible. Visiting Privet Drive is so special. The cafes are fab. So nice to grab an Butterbeer half way around. And lots of shops with great merchandise. I cannot wait to go back. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
disappointing and Overpriced
disappointing and Overpriced – Lack of Transparency Around Ticket Sales
Disappointing and Overpriced – Lack of Transparency Around Ticket Sales
I was genuinely excited to visit this attraction, but the booking experience was incredibly frustrating and left a bad taste.
Be warned: although dates may appear “sold out” on the official site, tickets are often withheld and passed on to third-party resellers — but here’s the catch — these resellers *only* offer tickets bundled with transfers, which doubles the cost. There is *no option* to buy tour-only tickets through them, even when plenty of availability remains.
We ended up paying around $500 for tickets that should have cost $200, simply because we were forced to buy transfers we didn’t need. It’s especially frustrating for UK visitors or anyone planning to make their own way there.
There’s no transparency about how ticket allocations work or why direct bookings are blocked while resellers still have availability — just at inflated prices.
This could be a great experience, but the way it’s sold is unfair and out of touch with what independent travelers actually need. I’d strongly suggest doing your research before booking and be prepared for unexpected extra costs.
Great day with minor issue
Had a great day and family enjoyed it. Not worth buying digital extras as old poor quality and difficult to use. Loads of information as you walk round. Food was good but when we went not busy so overall food experience very good.
Great experience (except the food)
Such a great experience and have been numerous times. The attention to detail in the props and the interactive exhibits is great. The only let down is the food. It is so bad and hugely overpriced. Bring your own.
Incredible experience
Incredible experience, fantastic service. Only complaint is the vile over priced food, bring your own!
Great day
Great day, let down by poor quality food options and crowds. I would be happy to pay twice the ticket price for quieter experience. Tour guides are great but food services staff are lazy.
Kids in tears
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an issue with a booking I made for December 27, 2024, as a main Christmas present for my family, at a cost of £340. Upon arrival, I discovered that the tickets were incorrectly dated for January 27, 2025, a Monday—an inconvenient day I would never have chosen.
It was incredibly upsetting to find that the staff showed no compassion for the situation. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was simply offered a refund and told to leave. To make matters worse, after traveling three hours with my children, we were forced to leave in tears. As we were leaving, we noticed that the next group in line also had tickets for January 27, 2025, and like us, they had purchased tickets for December 27, 2024. This cannot have been a coincidence.
Given that this is a company that prides itself on creating magical experiences for children, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer care and understanding we received. It is difficult to believe that a multi-million-pound company would be so focused on profit rather than ensuring the happiness of its customers.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and review your processes to prevent this from happening to others in the future.
My Son's 8th Birthday
We spent the whole day celebrating my son's 8th birthday at the Harry Potter Studio Tour, and it was an incredible experience! The kids loved hunting for the Golden Snitch, and the entire Harry Potter setup was pure magic. This was my second time visiting and my son’s first, and he declared it “the best day of his life.” The one piece of advice I’d give: pack your own lunch! The food in the on-site cafe/restaurant was disappointing—definitely not up to the magic of the tour. A simple sandwich from Tesco would have been a better option than the fried items and burgers they offered. Otherwise, a perfect day!
