Bought this plugin because of its stated integration with ACF plugin. It does not fully integrate which makes it useless to us. Wcfm refuse a refund on the basis of buying the complete plugin pack, irrespective of the fact that their software is miss advertise! Following up for a payback request from credit card company. Appalling company to deal with. Do yourself a favour and choose another sollution.
We first used WCLovers in 2020 on an annual license. After decommissioning our startup after only several months, we then received an annual charge in 2022 and then again in 2025. We have challenged both and been unsuccessful in recouping approximately USD$1200
This is despite this in their payment clause. We have not received any notifications.
3. Payment
A Plan that involves recurring payment, will get automatically deducted from your credit card or PayPal account, whichever payment method you have chosen for your last payment. You will get multiple email notifications before your payment date.
Their support system is very poor. Customer service is zero. I have encounter issues with the vendor dashboard and I am still waiting for about a week now for my support ticket to be answered to but no solution. I have sent emails multiple times as a life time premium subscriber and no answers yet. If anyone want to get any of their plugins etc, please look elsewhere cos the support system is very poor and slow.
I referred a client but I never received my affiliate commission even after 2 years my payment is still pending. If you are an affiliate marketer then never work with them as you will not be paid.
The support response time is noticeably slow, and I have encountered numerous instances of deprecated code in the plugin development process.
No help once paid. I paid a lifetime premium fee and they refuse to answer tickets to help. All the features advertised are not available. I paid for this in good faith as I am not computer savvy, but it would have been more cost efficient to pay a developer. I am still unable to make my site live after 7 months and WC lovers refuse to answer me. I advise to only pay yearly as they seem interested in collecting money regularly and ignore their lifetime customers.
