I cannot fault W&D Strings. Having bought a Spinfire ball machine from a different supplier around 3 years ago, and having used it half a dozen times due to lockdown, when I came to use it again this Spring I found it was reporting an error. I reached out to Spinfire who liaised with W&D Strings to send me a replacement vertical sensor. They were incredibly helpful, but after replacing the sensor and still having the problem, they also sent me a replacement motherboard. Both the replacement sensor and motherboard were delivered without any cost and in record time (the motherboard arrived the next day. Considering how much ball machines cost, W&D have offered the highest level of service, far better than companies of a much larger size. They are evidence that if you treat your customer well, you have a customer for life. When I replace the machine, I will only be dealing with W&D Strings

W and D is my favorite company to order my tennis supplies from. They always seem to have what I need, even if I can't find it here in the states. The folks are friendly and know their stuff. This is my tennis store and I love it. Thank you.

Have used W & D for years. They have everything I need for the (over) 1000 racquets I string each year, allowing me to hold minimal stock which helps me to keep costs down. Staff incredibly helpful and orders are usually received within 24/48 hours. No praise high enough
