Angela has completely changed both the way I think about running, and the way I run. Her sessions have given me ideas of different things to do when going out running and more importantly make me look forward to going for a run! I've only had a few sessions with her but am really enjoying them now and look forward to carrying on!
King Kenny the Legend
Great experience of being put in touch with a local run coach. Kenny was top drawer, got on straight away and was able to help me bit by bit, without overload. As a total novice who genuinely hates running and not good at it, I do 'hate it less', so that is a success in my eyes. Keeping on going with the good habits that Kenny has advised and continuing to improve.
Helped me keep a consistent weekly training
For over a year, I had Angela as my running coach and she really helped me keep a weekly training routine. Even if things got busy, I ran 2-3 times a week and improved my speed + completed 3 x 10 races. I’d definitely recommend we run if you’re looking to start running or having someone to motivate you on a weekly basis.

Kate was really great! I needed someone to just coach me through my 3 marathons but also my crazy work schedule. I needed that flexibility and support when things just seemed impossible! Having a slight break before working with Kate again in 2024 for marathon 4!

Back to basics
In June 2023, I began working with Alexa. At that time, I struggled to run for 10 minutes without stopping. Alexa's programs provided me with a realistic training schedule that accommodated my busy life and demanding job. Thanks to Alexa's support and guidance, I was able to successfully complete my first 10k race in 1 hour and 2 minutes. Couldn't have done it without you, Alexa.
Alexa is a great coach
Alexa is a great coach. She gave lots of encouragement and explanations. The training program was bespoke to my goal (to run a sub 20 minute 5K), and changed over the four months depending on my feedback and progress. I was able to achieve my goal, and I'm 100% sure that i would not have managed it without Alexa's expert coaching.

Great training session with Coach Michael. He was able to pick up exactly what I needed very quickly and provided simple, clear, understandable advice.
The use of video and the subsequent report focused on what I was doing wrong and importantly, what I was doing right as well.

Alexa was SO great to work with! She really took the time to listen to what was important to me, how I felt about my past races, where I was looking to improve, and what my goals were. I am not an elite runner by any stretch, and she never made me feel as though I wasn’t!

Effective training plan = goal achieved!
Kate devised a personalised plan for me based on my running experience and statistics so far. She explored my hopes and helped me set realistic and achievable goals. She talked me through the plan and took into consideration the terrain of what I was training for and where I was completing my training. I felt fully confident and supported in my plan, and knowing Kate was there in the background to turn to if needed was so reassuring. Initially the plan can feel daunting but take it a day/run at a time, or a week at a time and you’ll honestly be amazed what Kate can help you achieve. I’m so grateful for her input and advice and so chuffed with the outcome! Maybe I’ll be back for another training plan in future!!

I've thoroughly enjoyed sessions with Lee. I've gone from dreading a 5k run to doing my first half marathon this weekend. I wasn't expecting to see results so quickly, especially injury-free.
My technique, stamina and general ability to enjoy running is at an all time high and that's down to Lee.
Coach Kate Marathon Training
Kate coached me through training for my first marathon in Berlin. The training was tailored to my fitness, schedule, goals and preferences (i.e. Working in KM's, needing specific pace targets etc) following our first consultation.
When I had to move runs due to work or illness Kate was happy to reshuffle and adapt the plan to keep me on track.
