Nova 2 - highly recommend
It almost wouldn’t be fair to not give a shout out to the Nova 2 Rabbit. Amazing!!! Very very happy with it. I didn’t purchase the item to use with the app so that has not been a factor. I also still have not charged it, and I am hoping that once I do, there won’t be issues with that piece as some others noted.

I order a product back in MARCH!
I order a product back in MARCH!! and it never arrived, everytime I try to contact the customer service the link was broken and when I check delivery status the parcel never even left their warehouse.
Finally manage to get in touch with their team last week and basically told that it was pass the 30 days from when I place the order and nothing could be done, no refund no replacement nothing was offer, don't buy here is a total SCAM!

Poor customer service, nice product
The company could stand to improve communication. I immediately got an email with my receipt of purchase after ordering, however it stated there would be another email with the shipping confirmation. I never got that second communication so I sent a message to their customer service contact. In the meantime, the item arrived a few days later and then I received a response from customer service stating that their records show the item as being received. It would have been a more pleasant experience if they had apologized for the lack of communication and acknowledged that I didn't receive the item at the time I sent the message to them.

Great Customer Service!
Amazing product and amazing materials! I love the texture of the materials used in their products. I tend to get irritated by certain materials but this is the best ever! Not only that but I was unsatisfied with my previous product and they replaced it with something of equal-to-lesser value! I would recommend this company for people who have larger anatomy and are sensitive to certain materials!

We vibe seems to be a scam.
I ordered a product valued at 195$ with "express" shipping and no shipping, in fact their website says my order doesn't exist yet they took the money out of my account the same hour I ordered. Seems very scammy. Im considering it lost money at this point
Edit: I must say the company made it right and shipped the project and my girl seems to really enjoy it. Seems high quality and high tech at least for me. That said customer service could be improved on. Assuming they figure out their customer service i would buy another of their products

Very disappointed, won't pair
Very disappointed that the ability to pair a partner to the app does not work!!!! We have both tried everything we can (updating, reinstalling, constant different ways to achieve adding a partner) to achieve this with no success! What a mood killer and waste of money, especially as it was purchased for the sole reason to allow him to have control of the toy! I've sent an email to your support team

Awful app that doesn’t connect to your partner
Toy works fine on its own and is quite pleasurable, however we purposely bought this for long distance use with my partner. The app doesn’t work at all - it just says the other one is offline. We’ve tried deleting the app, redownloading, removing each other as a partner and NOTHING. I am beyond disappointed as this is their specific USP, the long distance function. I now currently have an overpriced vibrator that I can only use solo. Wish I’d have read reviewed cos they all say the same. Zero stars. Don’t bother.

I was just telling friends last night how happy I was with the customer service from this team. Been using We Vibe toys for years. This was the first time I needed to contact customer service, to return a toy (that didn’t work for me) under the 100 day pleasure guarantee. It was so simple, they were so helpful and professional on the other end of the emails. Feels rare these days. Appreciate it!

These toys bring frustration, not pleasure
I bought the Moxie+ for long distance play, but it does not work. I wish I had read other reviews first. There are several downfalls. The app is anything but user friendly. Set up is tedious, instructions lacking, QR code doesn't take you to the app. It always shows partners as offline, even if we're both in the app (I don’t want to sit with the app open for hours...) Also, if it's enabled and the device connected via bluetooth, the sleep time set over 2h, why do I need to be in the app and approve for my partner to use it? It defeats the point.
Other suggestion - have a simple stop button readily available on the home page of the app... although the app freezes so often that I wouldn't be able to rely on it anyway. Such a shame, great idea, I was super excited, but it is SO badly executed. Now I'm just frustrated and angry at the money thrown out the window. My cheap Japanese toys come with better instructions and managability, such a disappointment.
Also, remotes for Moxie and AirVibe don't work half the time.

Customer Service? Are you there?
Placed an order and left my street number off the address.
I notified their customer service as soon as I noticed the error (~1hr). A week has gone by and they have billed my account, but there has been no correspondence in spite of multiple attempts. They've billed me even though they do not have a valid address to mail the product.
This company failed me at order fulfillment basics and customer service 101.

Ordered a product some time in December. This product was priced somewhere to the tune of $260 USD.
I have not been able to receive a SINGLE reply from their nonexistent customer support but, kid you not, see the company actively responding to Trust Pilot reviews.
You’d think that if they put the same focus in order fulfillment and customer service as they do in trying to protect their reputation (which the majority of reviewers have shown is terrible), they’d be rated higher.
Don’t bother emailing them… but most importantly, if you must own their products absolutely do not DO NOT DO NOT purchase from them directly.
Shop locally by entering a brick and mortar store and put your money into local economy.
Or, better, explore other brands.
This company should have a -5 stars for their lack of customer service. Period. End quote.
UPDATE: Even as up to the time of their reply to my Review, they still not have responded to my email regarding my $260 order and have not shipped it (was placed in December mind you) and their excuse of "...due to the busy period and a smaller team than we would have liked..." is the same old tired response that they have been using for TWO YEARS if you roll back and read the other reviews which simply emphasizes how much you should AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with customer service. From my experience you are not a "valued customer" you're just a paycheck. Extremely delayed responses to ensure that money stays in their pockets. It took 2 weeks for me to even get a response for my issue. As far as the products, I'd consider looking elsewhere, many companies offer similar products with far better customer service to actual help resolve any issues. Do better We-Vibe.

had an issue with shipping. initially got a terrible reply from the company because they misunderstood what happened. a couple of emails later and they resolved the problem way above and beyond what i expected or even asked. will 100% use them in the future
