the interface looks pretty good but at least once a week something is down or not working. its too bad. it could be good but its just wayy too buggy.

also customer service isnt the best. they sometimes get back to you but also sometimes ignore you totally and you never get a response. there are much better and non flaky options out there.

So dissapointing - website does not work as intended. When switching tabs it gives you weird errors. Moreover, connection with institution (core feature) does not work. Awful experince! And you take money for this...

There are a ton of features and options available, so I can tell the team works on quite a bit. Haven't found a product this comprehensive to track and connect to all the accounts I need since Mint. Had an issue with connecting a BMO account and was kept up to date for a week until a fix was provided.

They took the time to resolved my issue.

Not only is it a great platform, the timeliness, accuracy and quality of questions I have sent them is excellent. If you hold multiple securities in multiple accounts and you track your investments, this is a must have app. It will save you many hours of analysis and likely improve your investment return.

This app could be very good....but, there are real syncing issues that don't keep your account up to date. Also, the customer support is horrendous. One of my brokerages stop syncing even though I could access it myself. I made my issue known to customer support (Nicola) who opened a ticket. Since then, nothing, even after several attempts I just asked for a refund from Billy (COO). Still nothing. Finally I said I would write this review if there was still no contact. So, here I am. They just simply ignore you and your emails. Very disappointed.

I've had an overall great experience using Wealthica. It allows me to follow my finances in one place and find it easy to use. Have always had great customer service.

Syncing my Binance account and all the blockchain wallets, waiting for coverage in the Middle East, so I can finally connect my banks finally of using csv import. I'm primary using holdings report and budget, solves my needs. Ah, works for tracking my assets as well.

I have tested the platform and didn't very much enjoy it. You have to sync the bank every day. At one point, it failed many times and my bank blocked my account. I had to call and justify to unblock.

As I was still in my trial period (less than 15 days), I cancelled the subscription, but I still got debited from my account. I messaged the support team, and there is no answer from them. They got the money and that's what matters to them. It is very unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend at all.

This app used to be free, but now you need to pay $5/month or $50/year to access more than 2 financial accounts. Even as a free app it won’t consistently stay connected to accounts. Multiple times per week I get error messages that Wealthica cannot connect or sync to accounts to which I had already provided the app access. This happens consistently from week to week, even after re-entering my login and password information for my various accounts. It’s extremely unreliable and time consuming to have re-enter this information several times a week, or to wait weeks or months where Wealthica is unable to update the information it has from my various financial providers. The only thing that I could rely on Wealthica for was the constant problems they would have connecting and syncing to financial institutions, if they even supported them at all! I at least tolerated Wealthica’s many problems and flaws because it was free, but now that they require me to pay to use the app I am deleting it! Don’t waste your money or time with this app. It’s ridiculous that the developer’s response to negative reviews informing people Wealthica does not work reliably is “You should complain to your bank or brokerage as they are the ones that prevent the session from sticking.” Why should I do the developer’s work for them, and pay them a monthly fee for an app that doesn’t work? Somehow the developer thinks it’s my job to tell other firms that the Wealthica doesn’t stay connected or sync properly?? If the Wealthica developer cannot offer a reliable app that isn’t constantly plagued with connection issues to most major banks and brokerages on a weekly basis, then it makes no business sense for me to pay for a flawed and unreliable app.
