Do not order from this company. Shoes are junk and they expect you to pay to ship back costing $60.. worst customer svc ever

Very misleading description of shoe providing support and relief. The shoes are very light weight, offer no arch support or heel support. Almost like strapping a piece of 1/4 aluminum to a canvas top, no real arch support or heel cushioning. Probably could get similar shoes at a flea market with direct shipping from China for under $10. The return policy is 4 pages long and you will pay half of your return in postage.

I ordered 4 pair when they finally arrived they were about 3 sizes too big, yet the size on the box was marked as correct. I had no problem changing them and they fit great and are very comfortable. Just have to be patient as shipping takes a while.

Ordered 2 11 today is 3 3, shipping update which has been very difficult to view shows that a label has just been made for our shipment. How long is a client to wait when paying should a large dollar amount to receive merchandise? This feels like a scam I am giving 3 more business days and I am over it.

I worn them on a testing walk. During the walk I got way to much heel slip. My feet hurt and my hips hurt now. I will never buy them again and suggest if you are planning on purchase get Skechers slip-ons.

I ordered a pair of shoes. It took them about one month for me to receive them. They were not wide enough. I wrote the company and asked for a full refund. They said sure. However I had to send the shoes to another country. It costs as much to return the shoes as the shoes cost. DO NOT purchase. Bad policy and very poor shoe quality

It took almost a month to arrive, and the quality of the shoe was not what I expect. They look cheap and poor quality. I thought of returning them, but their return policy has you paying the return shipping back to China from the USA, which would really expensive to ship. So, I will just keep these poor quality shoes. Lesson learned. Never again!

Wrong size ordered a size 13 what they sent is probably Iike a 15 asked for refund they offered new size if I sent a picture of my foot next to the shoe and the size on the tounge of shoe which it has no markings at all told them no I want refund then offered 20 percent of what I paid and 15 percent off my next order finally they said ok return them to an address in the Netherlands which would cost as much as what I paid, I see how they make there money not to mention how poorly made these shoes seem to be

Company sends you a poorly made shoe that may or may not fit you. If you need to send them back you must pay for shipping even if they sent you the wrong size or product. They will replace the product if you will pay another 10$ for shipping. And will tell you to find some who can use the wrong size or wrong product.

I have just had the worst experience with this company it's been over a month that's still not got my shoes they sent me the wrong two pairs to start with I ordered two size 12 black and navy blue they sent me two size eights both tan then they tried to get me to pay for a shipping thing to get the right shoe sent to me I paid for that it's been a month now now they're saying I only paid for one pair of shoes I am beyond aggravated mad and I want my money back and I just can't get nobody even talk to me this is just unacceptable for any business to take people's money and not give them a product I do not recommend them if you don't want your money taken I've give them more opportunities to get this fixed and they have not done it

Great shoe second purchase but they sent wrong size. There sizing chart is incorrect for EU,US and UK so check before you buy otherwise the shoe is very comfortable and nice and wide. Great fit if you have a wide foot.

They want $70 to return the shoes. They sent size 15 instead of size 12 and they won't take them back unless I pay the return postage. Please warn the public about this terrible company.Z

Had an issue with sizing and they corrected the problem expeditiously by sending replacements.

These cheap shoes are not worth the money. DO NOT BUY THEM

My husband ordered a pair shoes and they did not fit. we contacted the company and they wanted a picture of the shoe and his foot. Makes no sense to me, so we did. We asked for our money back, they offered to send us another pair, we asked for our money back.
My husband gave them a bad review and they send they would only send the replacement shoes if he changed his review to 5. He asked to send the shoes first and he would do that. No response, no shoes and no refund. I consider this a scam.

The shoes finally arrived after a month. Wore them for my walk of the day and they were very comfortable. With peripheral neuropathy in my feet they felt secure.

Terrible quality, flimsy material and no support whatsoever. For $50 I guess I expected too much. These boots were worth no more than $10 at the most. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Trying to return is basically non-existent. They offered a 15% refund and a 20% coupon for the next order. Would never order again.

Ordered a pair of fleeced jogging bottoms on Christmas and order never turned up and they are ignoring all contact. Think I’ve been scammed
