Lovely pieces and fast shipping across EU

Great company, excellent service, and high-quality products. I ordered two sweaters and absolutely love them, along with a pair of jeans. After some time, the jeans developed a small tear, but when I contacted Bound, they handled it perfectly and provided a great solution.

First Impressions always count. Mine could have been a bad one..

After a first order going a little wrong and receiving two of the same items instead of two different the team were quick to amend and make sure differences were made. I could have the left the item after this bump but the quality of the material and product is brilliant. Already looking into the jeans.

Jack is very responsive and great at helping. Being a smaller company is an asset to the brand.

Best in class clothing, frequent and consistently excellent new drops, Jack in CS resolves any (few and far between) issues with returns etc, can not speak highly enough of this brand - best in the business! Thanks guys

Great quality clothing and excellent customer service.

Ordered a product for a present on overnight delivery, it didn't arrive in time so they refunded me the freight which was appreciated, however the order was then delivered to the wrong address.
Delivery photos showed not at my building, and when calling the couriers they confirmed this had been delivered to the wrong location and I would need the sender to claim.

I've contacted bound several times and not received either a refund or the item and it's been over a month since purchase.

10/10 not just the quality of the product but also the customer service.

Only downside is the design choice of buttons instead of a zip but hey. Not sure if that was for style or to save money.

Great quality, was lacking the free tote bag, but the customer service was very helpful with a compensation :)

I must particularly emphasise the quality of the service. Be it questions or returns (especially from the continent), no mail is too much and the response quick and very friendly.
The garments are of high quality (although the bulkiness was a little underestimated on my side) and very well made.
Buyers from the continent please note that the return postage from the continent is - in comparison - fairly high (which is no fault of the brand but due to the Brexit situation).
Nevertheless: I would highly recommend this brand!

I love the clothes, they fit great, wash well, look good and are really comfy. The orders usually arrive to Ireland in pretty decent time and having done over 10 orders over last few years, I’ve only had an issue once, and Jack from Bound was back to me within a day of my querying e-mail.
Very happy and will continue to shop here.

Clothing sizes were really off and the return policy is an absolute joke, they would not refund me purchase as one of the items was in the sale and instead have offered me store credit. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
