Customer service is rude and has attitude, unwelcoming experience. Website is misleading and menu is not easy to understand. Cheapest shipping is almost £9 and tax and VAT added on top, do not recommend at all.

CS isn't rude as you can see from all our other reviews online, and certainly don't have an attitude, You have only stated this as you don't want to pay the prices online for quality hardware. Website clearly states if you read it correctly VAT and shipping cost are added at the checkout, this is clearly written on all products, menu is simple click products click all in one explains what each device is used for.
VAT is a legal requirement in the UK, not sure what other tax is added on top for UK customers.
We have priced CCELL products very competitively online compared to other sellers, and all our products are authenticated not like others selling fake CCELL hardware as CCELL hardware is the biggest faked in the industry.
Shipping cost are provided by the courier companies not by ourselves. PLUS uk customers get FREE shipping on orders over £80 currently.
You don't need to recommend us as you have never purchased and aren't willing to pay for quality hardware, vendors who want top quality hardware for the cannabis industry know CCELL are the market leaders in the industry, plenty of reviews online from other vendors who don't have issues paying for quality hardware to go with the oils they use.
