Just done my third order with this company. Each time delivery has been next day. Received perfect communication throughout with emails keeping me up to date with dispatch. I made a mistake on my last order and when I contacted the guys for help they were quick to offer me a solution and sorted everything quickly even though it was weekend and the mistake was not, not theirs. I was very impressed with this company and I will be using them for all my ccell needs on going.

Communication was spot on, ordered and was sent out the same day, arrived lunchtime the next day, can’t get any quicker, also best wholesale prices I’ve seen online in the UK, great service will be back again!

Incredibly good customer service, the best I've ever had, not only do you get support through WhatsApp from the start (instead of JUST an email). Extremely polite and helpful. Had a slight issue and was resolved over a long, frinedly chat over the phone.

Absolutely 10/10 experience with these guys. Keith goes absolutely out of his way to help and answer all of your questions! Delivery is prompt and always on time and you never have to worry as they send tracking the same day. I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than here.

I've been a customer since august 2022 buying small quantities and have always receive the best support by WhatsApp and phone about product recommendations, marketing, and filling recommendations, as well as better ways to lower shipping cost. It is very exiting talking to people that know so much about the cartridge market.

I have ordered from Ccell for about 2 years now, I can safely say that firstly communication is 110%, I've sent messages out of office hours not expecting a reply & my query was answered.
I've mostly dealt with Keith who delivers above and beyond customer expectations. I've also dealt with Max but overall the service is exceptional no matter who you speak with.
The delivery is fast, emails and texts are dealt with accordingly. I've never had any delays.
Ccell have products that you cannot actually find in any part of the world other than Ccell. I've tried in the EU to avoid custom charges. Even with the custom charges I would not go anywhere else. I've never been let down and I will continue to be a loyal customer to Ccell. Thank you very much guys, I am forever grateful for you taking the time to answer all my questions to the highest level of professionalism and your knowledge and expertise goes a long way.
