Words can not describe how great this company is. They are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgable. This company assisted me the whole way, took the time out to come and help whenever it was needed. There isn’t a better company out there. I would most definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future without hesitation.

I used this company to add an additional battery to my solar system. From the very start of the enquiry, the contact was fast and efficient. After sending in a few photos and answering a few questions, I received the quotation for work. This was booked on my requested day after placing a deposit. After that, good communication continued. Any additional questions I had were answered very quickly, and this increased my confidence in the company. The work was done on the day requested, and completed smoothly. The owner, Joe, has years of experience in solar systems, and this is clear to see. It's also apparent that he has a genuine interest in his work. This carried through, as any subsequent contact was responded to quickly - something that's rare these days once the job is done and payment settled. I would not hesitate to use this company again on the future. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using WAE for over 10 years now and I’ve always found the Standard of work to be superb. Joe has a very collaborative approach and all the planning was discussed in detail and explained very well. Every care was taken to ensure dust and mess was kept to a minimum. Any challenges with my requests were dealt with by the team without a fuss. Happy for anyone to view the work at my house. Throughly recommend them.

Joe & team have carried out several wiring jobs over the last few months. These include testing of current system, upgrade of lighting, making safe outdoor supply, rewiring of garage and installation of zappi car charger with integration to the solar panels as well as connecting our garden room to the consumer unit. The team were punctual, respectful and very knowledgable. Would highly recommend.

I have, over a period of months had the pleasure of Joe and his team doing work for me who have provided excellent results for my garden makeover which includes new lighting and also power to a garden room.
Not only is the standard of work very good, but the thing I was most impressed with, is the communication.
Joe gave extremely good advice on the type of components required, the plans and design ideas. What was very encouraging was that Joe responds quickly and efficiently to emails, texts, phone calls. He also attends site regularly at short notice and always bang on time.

I have used Joe for several jobs now and he has proven to be reliable, adaptable and friendly.

After a fire meant we needed structural work on a property, the company who installed our solar PV refused to dismantle the system for repairs. Joe was quick to accept the work, safely dismantling and transporting the panels and racking to be stored.

In a separate job, Joe worked alongside the DNO and several other trades to upgrade a property from single-phase, to 3-phase, this included installing and relocating the main distribution board, SPD protection, running 3-phase through trenches to an outbuilding with isolators, and installing a second distribution board there.

He spec'd up a scalable system that would allow for PV, Batteries, an EV charger, and a Heat Pump, and subcontracted in additional electricians (all of whom were great) to get everything done in a timely manner.

I would recommend Joe in a heartbeat, and will certainly be using him again for anything else I need in the future.

Joe and his team are just brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble, they are clear with what work needs to be done and the work is done to an extremely high standard. We Are Electrical are by far the best electricians we have ever dealt with, and I would use again without hesitation. Highly recommend.
