Legitimately THE WORST property…

Legitimately, (I’m not exaggerating) - THE WORST “property management company” I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Current resident at The Gate.

They held a delivery of flowers for 4 days. I was only Made aware of the delivery of what CLEARLY HAD WRITTEN “FLOWERS” - in box the shape of a flower bouquet arrangement 4 DAYS AFTER THEY TOOK THEM.

No call, no text, no knock on the door or anything. I was home the whole time. No accountability (it’s a pattern with Found) no acceptable solution or compensation - complete lack of service or even decency. Legally, when someone destroys your property, they’re suppose to compensate you, or even attempt at reasonable solution! Not Found! They will do nothing to make it right after destroying your property and think that’s acceptable!

They cut corners, drop the ball on requests and will do anything to to save money at the expense of its residents. They’ve shut down our bin chute and we all have to walk all the way around the building to dump our garbage in the wind and rain. They have an access door that could be of a great help to us in this inconvenient situation, do they allow us to access the door that could save everyone a walk in the elements to dump garbage that should be thrown in the bin chute? NO! They also harass the residents by posting aggressive and threatening signs in the bin areas letting us know they’re going to CHARGE US! For not “properly” using the recycling and garbage bins. They refuse to unlock the cardboard bins tops and make us breakdown cardboard so we can push them through a tiny slot. The front door keypad does not work at all and it’s been 5 months! When we have guests or deliveries they aren’t able to call the flat and we aren’t able to buzz them in! Again, instead of paying money out of our community fees to fix the keypad, they pocket them, and fix - NOTHING! My exterior door (doors to the balcony) had a gap and they also said this is my responsibility to fix it! Keep in mind this building is literally only a few years old. They literally do not take responsibility for anything here, yet we pay them to “manage” us.

They don’t care about the convenience of their resident. They care about their convenience and how much money they can squeeze out of us here.

The excuses are many, and make no sense. They refuse to clean my exterior (side of the building) windows even though we pay the most in service fees being in the penthouses - if you’re looking into moving into a building and you see they manage the property - run far away. Not worth the hassle.

Now they’ve made a convoluted and “Special” process for JUST ME to make requests as they now refuse to address and answer requests directly from me - through their app - even though they directed me to make requests this way… in retaliation of some perceived wrong from me addressing the lack of services while they still take our fees, they’ve now refused to answer my requests directly! - for no other reason, other than to make my life living here more unpleasant, difficult and intentionally !

They’ve closed out requests regarding window cleaning, unwarranted parking charges and questions - without any assistance or even an attempt to resolve the issues (even though they read them) and instead they’ve written and requested in response to my requests - that I now MUST communicate through the letting agent - instead of just solving the issue - AND THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT a direct message via the app from myself! PETTY?? You bet!

That’s the (dis)“service” they provide at Found. They’ll make your life while living in an holding they manage intentionally more miserable - just because they can! They get a request and tell me they will no longer address the request unless I communicate though the letting agent. For what reason you may ask? To be difficult and to add another unnecessary step because they don’t want to directly answer messages in the app that THEY advised me to use for requests - everyone in the building says how awful they are. We all hate the management and their lack of care for us here. The attendants are lovely, but the management is AWFUL. They don’t even deserve 1 Star!
