I've used Koala for almost 2 years. Everything I've asked for they have helped me with, whether general advice about my company and tax issues, or with completing my accounts submissions and tax returns.
The only downside was initially I thought they would be a little more proactive than they are. In a nutshell, if you ask, they will do, and do it well and generally efficiently and professionally, but without a request, nothing happens.

Always great service from the staff at Koala. They take care of all my accounting needs and ensure all my returns are completed on schedule. Highly recommend.

Been good so far but need to reply to emails I always have to phone to find out stuff, but other then that good.

Took 3 weeks to set up my free agent then took 4 weeks to pay me

All the associates I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable in the past 16 months.
They are always reachable if a question arises, which I had many of.
I personally received help with Incorporation, becoming VAT registered, Self Assessment and many other things.
Can only recommend, these guys are awesome!
