I purchased two items from We Are Kyrra at the Singapore Boutiques Fair on 16 May. One item was available on the day; the second (Bella Dress in Brown, Size S) was not in stock. They told me to pay in full via PayNow and promised delivery within 1-2 weeks.
They weren’t going to issue a receipt at all until I specifically asked for one. Even then, the invoice they handed me had no price recorded on it. The fair was busy and they were serving multiple customers, so I didn’t push further on the spot, which was a mistake in hindsight. I do know the dress was not cheap; based on their pricing I estimate it was in the $80-100 range, likely more.
Here is the full timeline of what followed:
• 16 May — Purchased at Boutiques Fair, paid via PayNow in full. Promised delivery in 1-2 weeks.
• Late May (approx. 2 weeks later) — No dress received. Emailed the contact address printed on the invoice. No reply.
• 4 June — Checked their website and discovered a different email address was listed. Sent a second email to this address requesting a status update and a clear delivery timeframe. No reply.
• 7 June — Found them on Instagram and sent a direct message following up on my order, again requesting a clear delivery timeframe.
• Shortly after 7 June — Finally received a response via Instagram, stating the dress was “still in production” and that they would update me when it was ready. No timeframe given.
• 26 June (today) — It has now been over 6 weeks since purchase. Despite numerous follow-ups across email and Instagram, they have gone completely silent. No further communication, no delivery, no refund, and no honest timeline despite explicitly and repeatedly requesting one.
The item was purchased for a specific event, which has now passed. I have been left out of pocket with no product, no accountability, and no resolution. The pattern of behaviour — no receipt offered, no price recorded, unresponsive across multiple contact channels, one vague non-committal reply when finally reached, and now total silence despite repeated follow-ups — raises serious concerns about whether this is a legitimate operation.
Avoid.
